Waited almost 25 mins to place my order, placed my order with the rude lady at the intercom only to wait another 20 mins. There was no line inside, no we're sorry, no poliet staff. If you're hungry don't go to this KFC.

went to Alton KFC last sunday. I was the 5th car in drive thru it took an hour before I was served . As i sat at window I watched three people inside just standing around doing nothing. I asked the woman at window what the problem was she said understaffed which I find funny when people are standing there doing nothing .....

Only thing that was good about todays order were the biscuits that I had to go back for since they forgot to put them in my order.I ordered a famous bowl that came with one edible nugget (the other 3 were super hard and tough).Sucks that this place is relatively new and the service and food are a 2 out of 5.

I was in line for 40 minutes. Put in my order as soon as possible get to the pickup window to find out that I still had another 8 minutes to wait for my food. This is after eight cars in front of me had left because they haven't gotten their food.

The place was nasty that why we didn't eat in side because they just opened and the floor had food on it from the day
When we ordered our soft drink, we weren't told that they had no ice. So we were handed a soda that was warm. My daughter asked for sauce with her chicken strips and got no sauce. I ordered chicken littles which they didn't even bother to put on the order. When I spoke with the manager, she did refund my money but only after listing a number of excuses for their mistakes. WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!!!

Rude employees! They had attitudes when I told them they forgot 2 meals. Then I ordered a brownie which must have been a problem bc she had an attitude. I get the brownie and IT WAS FROZEN! People spend way to much money for this nonsense! Do your job or go home!
