This place is terrible every time I come I miss something from my orders and the workers get mad at me for it and catch attitudes every last one of them they have TERRIBLE service and i will never go there again

On 2/29/2024, My husband got food from the Godfrey, IL. drive thru & asked if the basket of fries were in the bag.( The basket of FF are usually on top of the sandwiches or bagged alone) He was told yes, they're on the bottom. When he got home, we did not receive our basket of fries!! I called the manager and she said she put our name in" the book" for the replacement basket of fries. Come to my surprise, I went to the drive thru on 3/17/2024 & told the employee I was told on 2/29/2024 my name should be in the book & owed a basket of fries, what do you know , the manager said my name was not in "the book". I'm very disappointed, not only am I out about $4.10 , plus tax, we didn't even have any FF to eat with our burgers on 2/29/2024. Such an inconvenience & aggravation!!

I work fast food myself so I understand the frustration of it being busy and getting a million doordashes. HOWEVER to serve this to somebody is absolutely unacceptable. It literally smells burnt and it had the texture of charcoal. I ordered a large mango smoothie and only got a regular, the only decent thing about the order was the nuggets. To whoever cooked the burgers on 2/15/2024 at around 7pm, you knew this was not acceptable and should have NEVER served this.

Good. Fries were likely fried too many to a basket. I've fried my share of fries in my life and during rush hour, tends to be a common theme. Good besides.

We ordered two coffees. They were entirely undrinkable. Bitter, burnt-tasting, and acrid. We couldn't get it past our gag reflexes they were so bad.My husband's sandwich was okay. The hash browns were good.I had two sandwiches with no bread. The egg McMuffin with extra egg, had one egg (the extra). The cheese was thrown into the box by the sandwiches but not on them, which is such a nice touch.Mark and avoid.Dietary restrictions: They seem to resent a customer who can't eat bread, seemingly just throwing things into the box.I also adore paying for something that I have to ask to be left off. There need to be bread free options in the app.

Uppity dirty blonde middle aged lady gave me grief about 33 cents for a BBQ sauce. Sorry you work at McDonald's in your 30s

The lady in the second window was mean as all get out! Gave us the biggest attitude when was jokingly asked if we could have the extra soda they made. She even slammed the door shut and ignored me. Then i asked for ranch and ketchup. She ignored me and only gave ketchup and when i asked again for ranch she got an even bigget attitude and started mouthing off at us as we drove off.

My daughter got a chicken sandwich both parts of the bun were burnt... the chicken was over cooked and chewy .... this is not the first time food from this McDonald's has been bad/messed up etc.
