I hadn’t eaten at Papa Johns since I was a kid and I was pretty excited to try it again. The pizza didn’t have any cheese on it and it was cold which was a surprise. The only good part was that they had good garlic sauce. It was a bad experience and maybe I just remember Papa John’s Pizza from my childhood and it didn’t compare at all.

If you're looking for a pizza with a soggy crust and dough that is uncooked around the edge (stuffed crust), then this is the place for you! It felt like they were mad that we made them work at 10 pm and took it out on our pizza. Not a great look, Papa. Better ingredients? Maybe... Poor employees? Definitely.

1 star is way to high -ordered pizza for a school class - they took 10 min to complete the order - then 10 min after delivery was expected I called and they said they made a mistake gave the order a 2nd time and then they said I never paid for it - I told them to please just get the pizza here and if a mistake was made I would make it right they never made it and did not have enough respect to call and let me know

Disgusting that you are charged £35.75 but have to log your credit card details with another company to get your 40% (£16.87) back. If we had known this we would never have ordered with them.

Papa John's is consistently the best pizza chain around. The Garlic Epic Stuffed Crust Pizza was really good, and the Spicy Garlic Epic Stuffed Crust Pizza really hit the spot. The sauce is good, and there's plenty of cheese. Even the edge of the crust was a treat. I always order extra garlic sauce, and the pizza sauce is great for dipping your stuffed crust.

Ordered a pizza asked for light sauce, pizza was drowning in sauce, pizza was undercooked, and extremely soggy. Prices went up, and quality went down. Go figure.
We recently had a full meal(pepperoni pizza, veggie pizza, brownies & garlic breadsticks) door-dashed to us from this location due to our local PJ being temporarily closed and I have to say that this was by far the BEST Papa Johns meal I've ever had. Everything was fresh, hot and tasted excellent. It really impressed me because our local store was never that good, but now I've been craving Papa Johns ever since.

Good nice and hot, fresh when I received it! Service was great. Young man cam into parking lot to see if I needed help. Was trying to order and my phone was not helping me! Parking lot was very clean. The posters on the windows are very clear and to the point. I would definitely pick up pizza here again!

With all the problems trying to get fresh, hot, good food delivered these days we don't order out very often. Papa John's has once again proved to us that they are not like any other place. We got hot fresh pizza, wings, and desert and it showed up at our doorstep sooner than the time they told us. Thank you Papa John's for the Delicious food.???
