I don't know how to rate food because we never received any. We came to this restaurant tonight for the first time from Florissant mo due to the great reviews. We arrived at 750pm. The hostess was great he greeted us right away and seated us. We were a table of 4 2 kids 2 adults. I noticed the clock at the bank across the street from 755pm to 810pm no one came to the table to even say hi or give me a minute. At 818pm the server came over and you could tell she was very nice she took or drink order and food order and left. At 828 2 people walked in and were seated. The server returned at 830pm with biscuits for their table then she came to drop off our biscuits and drinks. She went to take the table in front of us order and then she dissappear. I figured she was in the back helping cook or something so we remained quiet and tried to wait it out. At 845 she brought the table that just walked in their food I couldn't believe it as we gave her our order at 818 and we ordered the endless shrimp. At this time we got up to get her attention to ask to just let us pay for our drinks and the biscuits we had she saw us coming towards her and had the nerve to say "oh let me guess more biscuits and butter". I said no mam I just want to pay for what we have and we will leave. No sorry no apologize for the wait just oh OK I paid for the drinks and biscuits and we left. You can tell the servers etc have great attitudes but whatever happened tonight should happen again to anyone. We left to get McDonald's

Abysmal. The service was poor but the food was subpar. Took 1 and 1/2 hours from the time we arrived until the time we left. We had to pay our bill at the cashier because our waitress never came back. The restaurant was 1/3 full for a reason. Diner quality, poor selections, premium prices. Hospital cafeteria entrees are much better. . .

Cooks were very slow, our server even apologized for them “cooking so slow” if not for that they would get 5 stars all around. Friendly servers, clean, good atmosphere.

Tonight dinner was ok. The lights are so dark in there, it was brighter outside then in the building. Food was ok. Service was good. Just a reminder as to why I'm not a fan of chains. Nothing exciting.
Made a reservation for 11 for a birthday and then reverified it. Got there and they did not have it! Food has been better and took a while.

Went to the alton restaurant and the food was terrible. We had a party of 12 and made reservations but they wanted to put us in booths. One of our party got food poisoning. Wont go back.
