I was in the drive thru and ordered a grande frozen strawberry lemonade and a peppermint hot chocolate and was handed my lemonade with a mobile order for someone else. After coming back to the store and talking to a cashier they handed me my cold hot chocolate and said that’s all they could give me. Wouldn’t recommend going here :/

I always go through drive through, and recently the wait times have seemed much better. The staff is always friendly, and they sometimes give out small samples of the drinks! 10/10 They laugh at my bad jokes and scan my star points without sass!
ordered pickup on the app that said it would take 10 minutes, ended up waiting 30+ minutes in the lobby while people are coming in the drive thru and getting their orders and leaving. I ended up having to leave with no drink because they took so long. the employees were working hard, just not enough of them.
