Ordered with the app. My bank shows that Subway took my money. Went to the Delmar location, waited around 15 minutes due to only two employees working. There was no order in the system. So I logged into the app...and there was no previous order. Yet, Subway took my money. Went to the website and selected Contact Us. Guess what? It times out. Going to buy subs from Firehouse from now on.

On March 2nd around 2pm, I bought four subs for my family and left. As we ate, I bit into my sub that was halfway done and found a very sharp item that crunched in my mouth. I pulled it out, and it was a fake Hello Kitty fingernail. If one of my kids had eaten this, they might have choked. I brought back the nail, showed it to them, and they said it looked like a red onion. They took the item, threw it away, and then asked me if I had eaten most of the sandwich before issuing me a refund for my sandwich but not for my full order. My whole family threw everything away because we were disgusted. We will not be back to this location or others owned by the same individuals. Some major health issues need to be addressed. I'm honestly not sure how something like this could happen unless crew members are not wearing gloves when customers are around or in the back while preparing items to be brought out.

Have been trying for 20 minutes to contact the store but no answer and goes to a non existent voice mail. Trying to find out about the rest of my order that was not delivered

7:45pm Saw a worker put his hands (no gloves) in both ice tea containers to pull out a plug to drain them. He ran his hands thru his hair before he did the 2nd one, wiped his shirt/shorts after the 1st one and didn’t wash his hands before either. So sad because this was the Subway we used all the time- No longer. Completely disgusting and not to mention unsanitary!!!

Went in tonight to order2 sandwiches to go. They were out of tuna, made a fresh batch for my order. I give them a star for that. Would give more, but had to listen to the them complain for 10 minutes about how bad of a day it had been and how they wish it was over. Was extremely abupt and rude to me. Got home to 2 of the messiest, unappetizing sandwiches I've ever seen. I'll not bother them again.

I have been to this location a few times hoping it will get better. The staff in the evening clearly get irritated when someone walks in the door. They put stuff away at least 30 minutes before closing and locked the door 10 minutes before closing. When they were worried about running out of Chicken Teriyaki, the one girl kept saying "We better not run out because I'm not making anymore.Nope. Not gonna do it. " When another customer came in the door, the other girl told her coworker she was gonna lose it. The lady asked for a meatball sub, and they told her the meatballs were put up already. Didn't even offer to go get it. I've tried to give them a chance. Won't be back again. The staff I've dealt with are lazy and rude.

I went in there Sunday night 11/14/21 and ordered a chicken bacon ranch. I dont like my bread toasted i only like the meat and cheese warmed together. When i asked the girl to only warm the meat and cheese together she got really rude and told me no her manager said its not allowed. I asked her since when cause i was in the week prior and ordered the same thing and the guy working that night did it, and she rudely pops off and said her manager has always said shes not allowed to. I told her that was a lie cause every other subway does it. From then on it was like it was a problem with what i ordered and what i had her put on my sandwich. I definitely will not be back to that store again!

This place is garbage. I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready for pickup at 630 pm. I arrived at 628 and there was a line so they didn't even start my order. I don't understand why my order wasn't put in line and completed when made instead of waiting to clear every person who was in person. Will never order from the app again or frequent this location.
