We had an unfortunately awful experience tonight. When I went in to pick up our food, the order wasn't ready. I usually wait a good 5 minutes before heading out to pick up a mobile order. The screens were full of backed up drive thru orders, there were tickets everywhere, the food slide was backed up with sandwiches... one of the drive-thru orders on the screen had 17 minutes listed. Another was about 12 minutes. There was a group of roughly 6 people in the lobby who were waiting quite awhile for their food, too. It appeared that the two employees in the back were doing their best to keep up with food prep and the employee at the drive thru was doing what they could but I was confused as to why the manager on duty had things in such disarray.I can understand being short-handed, but it seemed like the actual issue was keeping track of tickets and bagging the orders to get them out. Otherwise, a backed up sandwich shoot makes absolutely no sense.When I was finally given my food, I was missing a sandwich and fries. The manager even admitted to me that they had no idea what was even on the ticket. I finally got the last sandwich and fries and went home. In hindsight, I should have opened everything on the counter because once we got home, the sandwich was missing the cheese we paid for.I truly hope this store can take a step back and retrain and come up with a better management plan.

Kid-friendliness: It never fails everytime we dine at this location all there staff never fails to offer my girls a BK crown and they just absolutely enjoy getting them..

Anna store has went way downhill.. takes forever to get your wrong order. Lack of communication with customers. Online ordering system glitches often.

We ordered our food and had to wait over 40 minutes to get our order. People coming in after us, was getting their orders while we had to wait. No one came an explained what we was waiting on or why we hadn’t received our food. Very poor service.

Sat in drive thru for way longer than needed being that it wasn't busy and just got a single burger and fries and there wasn't any napkins or ketchup in the bag and lady at the window just ignore us while we were trying to get her

Not sure if they got new management or what but the store seems cleaner than a few years back. Cashier was very friendly and kitchen got my order out quick. What more do you want from a BK?

I’m not sure how they keep employees at this location. Seems like a management power trip. I understand being able to joke around with employees but this was not joking around. I debated if I should do a review and thought how the people there had to be miserable and also making customers uncomfortable, then I checked this locations reviews and see a common complaint, so here I am. Our food also took 20 minutes, with no apology on how long it took. Good luck Burger King. You need some oversight at this location we won’t be back for awhile

Worried about the young ladies that work there. They made a mistake on our order so we went back thru the the young lady got the manager, he came to the window and said what's the problem. My son told him about the order, then the Manger said so what did you pay for. My son said, well I ordered 2 numbers 2's not sure what we actually paid for. The manager got irrational and all puffed up . Then he took the Lord's name in vain and told us to pull up and it will take ten minutes. One of the young ladies came out and apologized. Coming from a long life as working as a manager, I have never seen such unprofessional conduct. With so many new fast foods popping up around there, this manager needs a serious reality check. I could just imagine how he treats his employees, after the image he just put out.

Stopped by to get a couple of double cheeseburgers. Ask for ketchup and onion on the burgers. Was told that they didn't come that way. I said I thought your motto was have it your way. Was told they come with ketchup, mustard and pickle. Basically told take it or Leave it. Very poor customer relations. Reported to their headquarters, received an apology. I was told that shouldn't have happened but nothing they could do because it was a franchise. Won't ever be back. It's the only thing I can.
