This location is one of the best locations I have been to. The management and staff are always so friendly. They make sure you have everything you need for your food. We are never disappointed when we come to this location!! Keep up the awesome work team!!
I am a regular at this store! The people are ALWAYS friendly and work their butts off. It is clear they are short staffed but they make due with what they have. They are just an awesome team and work well together.

Service absolutely sucks. Waited over 12min at the drive up Window. Didn't pay when I first pulled up, told the clerk is pay when the food arrived. She rolled her eyes at me. 12min later, a slob a manager comes and demands payment. Still doesn't have food. I tell her I'll pay when the food arrives. She tells me it's not ready because I have an attitude. I had been very polite up until this time. This hag attacked me and was absolutely rude. I will never go back to this Hardee's, and I am going to post this account on all of my social media. Absolutely worst service and attitude I have ever seen.

Took almost 10 min in drive thru waiting for my sandwich the explanation was training a new
I had a large order for our office today. We had 7 combos with a few of those sandwiches having special requests. The ladies working were very friendly and accommodating to my order. The order came out faster than expected and every single item was perfect! Lunch was fresh and delicious, everyone was very please and bragged on their lunch and experience. Great job ladies! We appreciate you!

Spent 15 minutes waiting on what i was told was an egg. Then they brought me my food which the gravy was not in. Came inside to get the missing item. To which it took the lady at the register several attempts to contact the line cook for my gravy. The line cook complained that she didnt see it and that she is about to cry. Throws my gravy on the line it spills and register worker has to clean it up before the other worker storms off.

We waited 15 minutes for our food. There were 2 people in front of us. There was an employee in the side office standing eating something. Tables and floors were dirty. I will say our food was fresh made and hot.

The absolute worst Hardee's in the entire country. Grossly mismanaged, appallingly maintained. Ordered a SEC combo and an B and G. It's Sunday morning, 9am, no one else there. I'm made to pull forward and wait. 10 minutes later the employee comes out and asks what my order was. I drove off without the food and without my $15 I already paid them. Avoid this place at all costs. Eat your own hand instead of trying to get food from this embarrassing representation of the Hardee's brand.

Under new management and I must say the environment is totally different, way better then last few years. We will definitely be going back and as long as we see the improvements, will become regular. Amanda was great and we had no issues with any of our order.
