Unfortunately not only does this location not honor corporate coupons, they've also changed their online hours to appear closed so customers can't order through the app or online. This makes it so customers can't even redeem rewards they've accumulated.

The remodel is beautiful, food was great, but the best part of the whole trip was the two young ladies that were there working. It has been a long hard week for this mama and those ladies not only gave incredible service but we're so kind to my kid who really needed. Even if the food were subpar (which it was NOT), I'd go back just to have the outstanding service. I did not get their names but if you were there working today about 3:30, keep shining and being kind, the world needs more of you ❤️Kid-friendliness: So incredibly friendly and engaging with my kiddo.

This is the third time I've had this same problem. This was an app order. Foot long roast beef, extra meat and extra cheese, a variety of veggies. Pick up: Subway staff, we don't have an order for (name). Me, Well I was charged for it. SS: can you prove it?. Me, opens the app. SS, we can't accept that. Do you have a bank statement saying you were actually charged? Me, opens bank app shows purchase. SS did ya get a confirmation email? Me, whatever today. I knew where this was going because it's happened before, like I said. They did eventually make the sandwich....but for real here. Them hoops are getting to much to jump considering I'm giving them my hard earned money. I don't know who owns this place in Anna but seriously get staff on how to take the app orders. They get them and bump them off without making the order and then act like they don't know what happened. Last excuse was they never knew they even got the app orders because they didn't hear it come through. Maybe some training in that area would help. Maybe me spending my somewhere else would help too.

When we went to get dinner, the card reader was down and there was not very much food out. There were flies everywhere and the staff wasn't all that friendly.

This is not my first time encountering this exact same experience however tonight seemed enough to warrant a review. Overall visiting Subway makes me feel anxious, as though I’ve somehow inconvenienced the employees. Cash only sign taped to the window, no coupons honored sign taped to the counter, chairs flipped upside down on the tables (1 hour and 45 minutes before closing time), and then three young ladies working without a greeting when we entered. As we ordered our very simple request it seemed like we’d asked them to throw a lasso around the moon and pull it down. As if the big eyes, sighs, raised brows, and nonexistent eye contact wasn’t enough, we didn’t get so much as a have a nice night, thanks for coming, or send off of any kind. I hate to have to continue to inconvenience the employees with my business however we are limited with takeout options in town.

This places card reader never works so it’s pretty much just cash only. They do not take coupons even though subway has coupons in the local newspaper. Goreville’s subway is far superior.
