I went in last week and over heard the manager go on and on about how irresponsible moms that have their children in daycare are. I was waiting for my drinks while she was there just running her mouth. Walking into an environment like this doesn’t make you feel welcomed at all. I was a regular but I don’t think i will be going back.Very disappointed.

I've never been to a cleaner or friendlier Dunkin in my life. It was almost shocking. HahaI live an hour away and just happened to pick Dunkin for my breakfast and coffee on my way through, and everything was delicious and fast, and served with a smile. Super pleasant experience ?

Who doesn't like a sweet tasty donut now and then. But I also got a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant that is most delicious for breakfast. The Boston Creme just topped it off.

This is the third time I order a LG coffee and it was not full.... little bit over half full....What's wrong with this...the whole point of me getting a LG coffee is because I want more coffe....please Fix this.... I'm paying for this is not for Free!

Usual donuts that are getting smaller but the price goes up.Employee named Luke was very rude. He talked harshly to one of his coworkers. He threw one of my donuts into the box. Also, he closed the donut box and walked away without any thank you or anything.

This is by far the worst dunkin I've ever been to.. the workers are extremely rude, moody, and overall bad at their job. My sister ordered a drink and first of all they didn't ask what size she wanted and proceeded to make her pay for a large. They also made the drink completely wrong and when she very kindly asked them to remake it they told her she has to BUY ANOTHER DRINK. They also gave us the wrong donuts and honestly it's not that hard to put the right donuts in the bag...
Went today with my daughter we ordered the chicken roasted peper wraps 4 donuts a ice tea and a cold brew we ate inside restaurants was very dirty tables were horrible the staff was to busy talking to each other and the bathrooms were very nasty and both our wraps were cold inside get it together

Restrooms were locked and employees said they didn’t have a key and did not even have access to a restroom for their use. This was concerning to me. Not sure if this is a franchise or what the situation is but I feel badly for the employees and guests with bathroom needs. Other service has been fine and products are fine. I don’t normally go here but was picking up an order for my wife and was concerned enough to immediately write a review.

Ordered two breakfast sandwiches and a free hashbrown with my reward points. The girl who took the order took the points off for the free hashbrown but never put it on my order. When I asked where my hashbrown was the girl preceded to argue with me that I never ordered it. Even though my account showed she took off the points. She wouldn't give it to me. And when I got to work I noticed that both bagels on the sandwichs were burnt. I ate just the sausage and egg and threw out the bagel. The girls there were rude, and texting on their phones and talking badly about another employee will not be back. Adriana and African American girl were working.
