The service is TERRIBLE!! Always has been! They usually only have 1 person cooking and 1 person bartending/serving tables. If you sit at a table good luck!! We usually end up having to go to the bar to get our drinks because whoever the server is is also the bartender so they are very slow getting to our table. We went there last night, 3/28/24 and we had been waiting for an hour and a half for our food. Come to find out the server either forgot to put our order in or he deleted it. Once 2 out of 4 of us got our food, 2 hours later, it was cold. At that point we were done. Even though they screwed up they were still going to charge us for our food!! They did end up taking it off our bill but that was after we said something! I have been there a couple times before this where we sat at a table for at least 15 minutes without anyone coming to our table so we left. Their food is ok but not good enough to deal with their service. I stopped going here because the service is so bad. But I decided to give it one more chance and after having ANOTHER bad experience I am never going back! There were 5 of us there last night and none of us will be going there again! The owner needs to hire better servers/bartenders and hire more people!

My parent's, brother and I came here for Christmas Eve dinner, since nothing else was opened. It doesn't seem like much from the outside, but it's pretty nice on the inside! There are several TVs for whatever sports event you'd like to watch. There's a bar area and an eating area... and there's a separate section for gaming! Lots of slot machines for those of you that like to play and gamble! My Dad actually comes here often to try his luck and he loves it!The food was delicious even though they had a skeleton crew who doubled as cooks. I highly recommend this place for a fun family night out or hanging with your friends!

Came to visit from Texas and participated in Bingo and Karaoke. Had so much fun there and ate amazing food and the atmosphere was awesome. Staff and guests were great. Will definitely go back anytime I am in town.Wheelchair accessibility: Daughter is on crutches and was able to maneuver just fine.

Decided to give this place a try. Had a coupon for free play of $20. I figured a bite, some drinks, and some fun playing slots for a couple of hours.Well it turns out you have to call ahead to make sure they have the free play available. Ive never heard of this before. The manner and tone of which is was conveyed bothered me the most.Listen if you don't want to honor it don't. But don't be rude about it.Had a couple of drinks, won some cash anyways and got out of there.

Where do I even start? My Family picked out this business to celebrate their engagement with several friends.Before entering this place there were empty alcohol cans left outside the business. I picked it up and was trying to find trash outside the establishment to toss them in. There were none so I brought them in and left them on a table next to where I was going to sit.Next, we approached the bar to ask if we can place an order. There were at least 15 or more in our party. The gentleman named Xavier that by the way provided exceptional service said there was no one to help. That he was the only bartender /cook. So my experienced Sister in law that is a waitress and a different established offered to help and take everyone's order to give it to him. So Xavier continued to service the rest of the party by taking their beverage orders.In about 45 minutes of being in the establishment, a lady who called herself the Manager was called in for help. This is the first time that I ever encountered such unprofessional service She was rude to everyone at our party. Just horrible!!She later approached the table I was sitting next to. She grabbed the empty cans of alcohol, then grabbed an empty bag of food from burger king that was also garbage. That food bag was ours. However, because of the lengthy time to have to wait for our order, we had someone in our party that had to eat asap due to a medical condition. It was eaten outside and again just the garbage was left on the table. Because there again were no garbage cans outside or inside the restaurant/bar.Well, this Manager came and grabbed all the garbage and cursed at me and everyone at our party. Asked for us to leave without even having received our food orders she closed out everyone's account.It didn't stop there. She continued arguing with everyone in our party. She cursed at almost everyone and kicked us out. Within just a few moments later she called some guys to come to the place business to intimate us.We left and didn't even get to enjoy our dinner. It doesn't end there. One of the guys that she called in intimidate us almost ran over my Sister in law right outside your business. In which we took a recording. This is something very serious and if needed will take legal action.There was no need for all of this. If she would've of given me a chance to explain that all that was on that table was just garbage and needed to be thrown out.In conclusion, we were also told she was called in on her day off. Honestly, she should've stood home if she was going to go in and cause such problems and run a big party away.We will never return to this business. Nothing good to say about it. Except for the young fellow, Xavier trying to do everything to help us & felt so bad that we were even asked to leave. All of our food was packaged to go.The worst experience ever! Zero starts on my end & 16 others!
