Definitely not 24 hrs terrible advertising needs to be updated. Also messes up your order about half the time and nobody seems to care go across the street to taco bell or BK instead

This has got to be the worst McDonald’s ever. I have never in 3 years living in Antioch ever gotten a meal that was correct. Always missing something or something done wrong. Fries are nearly always cold and soggy. I wish I could rate negative numbers.

Ok... first I have to say I rarely go to McD's. But I was exhausted from work, and just didn't feel like cooking... plus I was in the neighborhood. So I went through the drive thru. I ordered a daily special which was a double burger with cheese... and small fries. I got home and it was still hot, the burger was juicy, not dried out, cheese was melted, crispy lettuce, big slice of tomato, onion and mayo. It was almost like a fancy restaurant burger... Yum! The fries were delicious, some a little cold and soggy, but no big deal because their fries are always good! And all the peeps behind the counters were friendly and smiled. That's customer service with a smile! And honestly, after a long day dealing with multiple personalities, it was refreshing! I might even come back sooner than I usually do!!

They had the soda machine turned off so you couldn't refill your cup. No condiments out, had to wait in line and ask the counter for everything needed. Took 15/20 mim for one sandwich to come out (used the mobile app to order)

Everytime I have gone there they have got my order wrong . It's been cold . So I just throw it away . I love McDonald's and all but this particular one. Seems like the employees do not care. They just want to get the job done. And it's just really bad customer service. I don't enjoy eating cold food from a fast food restaurant. As well as it being stale.Parking: Parking is very tight. You can't really get into the parking lot. There's only one way in and one way out and usually it's filled with cars and you almost hit other cars because they're pointing too far out for when you're trying to get to the main road and leave McDonald's.Kid-friendliness: The very kid friendly. They have Happy meals all the time and they give toys in their Happy meals which makes my daughter happy. But still my daughter throws the nuggets and says ew Daddy they're cold. Lol
