It's a good place to eat, but lately when I order an ice cream it seems that it's not frozen well, the last one I ordered was almost liquid and they just gave it to me, maybe they should check that their ice cream machines are working
I stopped in for a drink and a pup cup after a softball game this evening. The employee, maybe a manager, offered the pup cup for free, which was super nice. As my bestie finished her treat in the parking lot, the employee popped his head out the door to ask me if she needed some water. It was such a sweet gesture that warmed my heart. I don’t get down to Arcola often, but if I do again, I’ll definitely return. Thanks for going above and beyond!

This dairy Queen here close to arcola was the best dairy Queen I've ever gone to I do not eat at any other dairy Queens especially in Decatur Illinois this one was an exceptional and their ice cream was great I will go back there they give free pup cups Decatur does
