Elizabeth.was a wonderful.hostess, 5ye food.was terrific and the menu was just what i had hoped for-her bread was near perfection and I purchased 2 loaves from her to bring home to the family!

This is a cultural experience. You are welcomed into a special Amish home. Hospitality and simple home cooking are provided by a hard-working couple. Outsiders (English) benefit from the air conditioning allowed because of the husband's pulmonary disease. Otherwise it's a typical Amish set up. A very reasonable donation of $20 is requested. Menu is carb loaded and filling. Her pie crust is made by hand with lard and is excellent. Interesting place to take visiting relatives, friends and international guests you might be hosting. Highly recommend the experience.
They don't have this business anymore. Don't go.
