I decided to get up early this morning to get a macchiato went to McDonald's here in Arcola Illinois had to pull forward just to wait on one macchiato and after drinking two or three sips out of it through my guts up and pooped myself because the milk in it or the machine itself was nasty I had nothing else to eat but within 30 minutes of drinking that drink I was sick as hell had to go home was sent home and missed out on 8 hours of overtime it's ridiculous how this McDonald's is I've had bloody burgers I've complained before about that got little coupons that I had to use it certain areas not even where I want to use them that McDonald's in Arcola should be closed down

Very rare that order is correct at this location. Last few times going usually is cold, very old, stale bun, smothered in ketchup and looks like it was thrown against a wall. If you go past 7pm even if only one car ahead of you plan on waiting 20 mins for the messed up order. You would think, Ohh maybe there short staffed. Then when you walk in there's 7 employees and maybe 1 working... GO TO THE NEXT EXIT!!!

Fast friendly service. But the cup covers still have the open end to drink out of. Just returned from down south. From Illinois to Alabama they all serve with coves that have the center hole for the straw.

Was there this afternoon and had to wait 20 minutes to get my food through the drive through. Fast food ain’t supposed to take this long, no one was in line ahead of me and only a few people inside. Shouldn’t have taken that long. Will not be back to this one, they might as well close this store.

If this is the Arcola , Illinois McDonald's it was the longest I have ever in my 54 years of life waited in a drive thru. Total time 29 minutes and I had ordered a buy one get one for a dollar breakfast deal, I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese mc griddle said we would pay extra for the egg and the other sandwich was a sausage cheese mcmuffin it should have been $5 something but it was $9 and some change, we just paid because we were in a hurry and somewhere to be. The lady whom handed us our food apologized for the wait ?. There is no excuse for a 29 minute wait, not like they make the food from scratch. We get down the road a little and the mcgriddle was right but I didn't get my sausage cheese mcmuffin, they gave me a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit ??. No time to turn around had to eat it but I was and still am FURIOUS
