“As we were on a small roadtrip across IL my husband promised me some fresh Mcdonalds fries if I did the night driving. As I pulled in through the drive thru I contemplated what size fries I wanted. "Get the bigguns" spoke the wise words of the drive thru attendant Billy. I did order the large and they were perfectly salty and hot. Billy is the type of employee that every McDonalds needs, he knows what the people want and we want the bigguns fries. He also suggested a movie for us to watch (which I will Billy I promise). I sadly won't be back to this McDonald's location because I live far away, but I'll always remember Billy as the top tier of what an experience could be. All future employee interactions will be judged on a Billy scale, and as someone who just wanted some fries, I gained a whole lot more.“
