The food is delicious. The owners are serious about using quality ingredients and providing tasty and healthy food. Don’t confuse other “healthy” options with this cafe. I had the tuna wrap and it was fantastic. All of the ingredients blended nicely and nothing was overpowering. The wrap was fresh and not soggy which is a great accomplishment with a tuna wrap.

I visited this place yesterday and had the iron man bowl and I wasn’t expecting to be this good the steak was so tender, juicy and delicious and the whole combination of ingredients was just perfect ?? definitely coming back again !
