When we arrived the hostess was very welcoming. The restaurant had one large party and then we were told they had only one chef. The piano player was so ridiculously LOUD that we couldn't hear ourselves. The waitress finally asked if we would like an appetizer and drinks after we told her we couldn't hear her. We found out they were out of Moscato and we couldn't communicate with our waitress due to the NOISE. It took 45 minutes for our appetizers to come and were never able to order dinner. Paid our bill and went next door. I did tell the hostess and she said" Sorry". The place did get super crowded. Hopefully everyone received their food.

Definitely a fun place to go out for an evening but as far as piano bars go, I've been to better. The biggest leg down here was the guy playing the piano. He had a few songs that were really bad and his voice wasn't great either. It was definitely still fun, but would've been way better if I didn't cringe through a few songs wanting them to be done. The service was phenomenal! We had a group of ten around 10pm and got sat right away. When we order the drinks, they came out so fast! The waitress came back often to check in on us too despite it being busy. Drinks were pretty good too!

If I could give zero stars I would. This bar is located downstairs and feels dark and claustrophobic. It’s extremely loud and not a place you can have a conversation. We ordered a chocolate martini and an espresso martini and both were disgusting! We literally didn’t drink them they were so gross-tasted cheap, weren’t cold, subpar all around. Service was ok, she was busy and it took awhile for us to place our orders but then she checked on us a couple times. The worst part about this place is the piano player! As singers and musicians, we were beyond underwhelmed at how he banged on the piano, his levels were way too loud for the space, his voice was shrill, and overall he did not seem to have any joy in performing. Sorry to be blunt, but the music was terrible. I’msurprised at all the positive reviews saying how good he is, my only conclusion is they either work there, have no musical ear, or are regulars who live nearby and want to be in the good graces of those pouring their drinks. My friends and I have realllly tried to like this place and have come a number of times over the years and it’s just never been a good experience. Last night the 5 of us agreed- NEVER AGAIN!!! If you value spending your hard earned money on quality cocktails and actual talent, head to Hey Nonny’s instead.

I asked the bartender for a bourbon on the rocks. She asked me what kind. I asked if they had Weller which is a nicer brand of bourbon. She goes, "what?" with a disgusted look on her face. I repeated saying "Weller". She then asked to see my ID. I'm in my mid 30's. What an unfriendly interaction. This is a fancy looking piano bar that should have good quality liquor. It's ok that they don't, and it's ok if a bartender isn't familiar with a particular brand of bourbon. But to ask for my ID making it seem like I'm an idiot that doesn't know liquor is bad business.

I had a mixed experience here. Pianist's vocals were piercingly loud and not discernable . Crab cakes were cold, tiny, and just bad. Steak sandwich was good, cooked to perfection. Staff was perfect.

My new favorite late night hangout place!! The pianist was phenomenal and the wait staff were incredibly friendly. The vibe of the whole place was upbeat and happy. Everyone would sing along to songs and dance and it felt very reminiscent of a giant family reunion amongst strangers. Highly recommend!!
