Personally, I was pressed about the customer service. I know it sounds weird for a customer to complain about one’s behavior in their job, but I don't think it's okay to give a "slumpy" prescence. I bought my meal around 7:30ish on June 9th on a Friday, and I completely understand all workers would want to go home and not work late on Friday, but the audacity to keep giving me strange looks and mumbling didn’t even give me a receipt until I asked another employee just for one. Either they were trained or not. I don't expect much because it's fast food: order, prepare, pay, and leave, but at least complete the sequence of tasks before moving onto the next customer. Lately, all Chipotle franchises have had so many downfalls, beginning with small portions, bad food quality, and now poor employment. I just hope the industry can improve and become its best again.

I know they are busy during lunch time. But this place needs better quality control. Ordered chicken bowl and chicken salad bowl and when I got home there was no chicken in either items. Also need better produce. Lettuce was all brown and wilted.

Place was dirty, staff is untrained and surly. “Large” bag of chips is 1/4 full. Burritos are either giant or tiny…seems totally random. I watched a worker put an entire giant spoon of sour cream on a burrito bowl…looked like soup. Rice was made with too much water and not mixed enough (very soft, clumps of white rice stuck together) My take-out order was wrong. To their credit they remade it, but no apology, no eye contact, just “stand and wait over there.” I don’t blame the employees…they clearly have not been trained properly.

I have honestly never seen someone who works at a restaurant move so slowly and not care one bit. It's not clean there, and there never seems to be a manager. I officially give up on this location. I have had numerous problems with them being really slow. Twice I had ordered ahead thinking that would save me time. But it took even longer. How is that possible? I only get 30 minutes for my lunch break and it takes me 8 minutes to drive here and another 8 minutes to drive back to work. Theoretically, that gives me 14 minutes to order my food, poor my drink and leave. In any other restaurant I go to for lunch that is more than enough time. In fact, some places I'm able to actually eat my food before driving back to work. But not here. It takes longer than 14 minutes to even order. I wish I were kidding. This location is a joke.

It took 20min for a simple chicken bowl. They can not even put extra letturce(see the photo). 4~5 employees are chit chating, dont care customers come or go. The worst experience ever.

This place was so nasty, it smells, and I got sick from the food. I should have read the reviews before I went. And to top it off, I found plastic in my food! Do not go to this location. Just gross

Just give up on this location, the workers clearly don't care enough or want to be here, so they wouldn't lose much if this one shut down. The way they make your food shows their complete lack of enthusiasm or care for the work they're doing. While they certainly do appear to have staffing concerns, this only makes the bad ones they have stand out more.On my most recent visit, after the worker takes over a minute to notice me at the end of his line while he is on the phone at the register, when he comes to the end of the line, he puts his phone away, rubs his face with his hands, then puts on his gloves without washing his hands to make my order. That sure sounds up to health code and sanitary to me!

Service was really rude. Have been to this location twice and both times food was overly salty and couldn't even eat. Again just want to reiterate how rude they were in the store. store was very dirty. workers allowed other customers to heckle me.

This has got to be the worst Chipotle location in America. They always take years to fulfill orders and never have any Ingredients ready during “peak times.” Manager clearly has no idea what they are doing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

One star because everytime I come here the workers are rude and forgetful. The last 4x I got a pile of sour cream soup and me being generous I don't care. But today set it over the top. The guy gave me half of scoop of everything and when I asked more he just rolled his eyes. This place use to be good until the last couple of years. And I know I'm not the only one

Pretty standard fare for Chipotle, though I've noticed a decline in cleanliness in some locations. The bathroom specifically wasn't very clean and smelled weird. Food was decent and the workers were doing their thing. I'd credit any shortcomings to higher up the chain, caused by lower incentives for workers to exceed expectations.

Barely any meat and this was the bag of chips. I asked about and they said it was the standard amount. Has to buy another bag to kinda have enough chips for the guacamole.

By far the worst Chipotle I have ever visited. This coming from one of their biggest fans. Love Chipotle, stay away from this one. Delivery or pick up the food was terrible

The food at this location has a ton of flavor and the red tomatillo salsa is so spicy here compared to other Chipotles that it makes my partner cry. I see lots of complaints about the place being dirty…it’s not spotless but it’s fine. 5 stars, never change.
