Service is friendly. Foods good. Got the hot slots in the back. Weekdays are better to play than weekends just due to the large

A friend took me here last year before winter and we have been going up to Crave ever since. The owner is an older man, and can be a bit cranky but I get his frustration. If he or any of the bartenders say you gotta go, sorry but you gotta go. This location is open until 4a. Not too far from 53 (the highway that takes you to the I-90). The potato skins are delicious! Two pool tables. An outdoor area for folks to smoke. A couple slots to play and a dart board. Lots of sitting area. It can be dead before 12am. But after 12 on most nights/ early mornings this place has it going on.

We got cheeseburgers and a couple of beers during lunch. No other people were eating when we arrived at 11:30. It was very quiet and relaxing.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been here and had great experiences with bartenders. However tonight with bartender "Dani' I experienced no such thing. Dani appeared to be very stressed which is understandable with her being the only bartender on. However, I explained to her that my drinks were to be put on another person's tab that previously told me to add my drink to his tab. She then raised her voice at me and interrupted saying 'WELL I HAVE TO GO CHECK WITH HIM HES NOT HERE I DONT KNOW WHERE HE IS." Before I could respond she darted away to go yell at more customers. I have seen her yell at 5 customers tonight. Every customer who approached her approached her for either their tab or to fix a problem she made with their drink. I also work in a bar and I can understand the headache of dealing with a late night crowd of drunk people however, a customer is entitled to fix their drink that they are paying for. I watched multiple customers come back to the bar for fixes on their drinks. I myself had 2 mishaps on my own drinks. I ordered 4 shots for my friends and the pour of the shots were widely inconsistent in their supposed 1.5 oz pour. She has clearly not been professionally trained to bartend because the differences in amounts were crazy. This inconsistent pour was something I let slide as I really am not someone who complains as I know how this industry can be. I then went to take my shot with my friends but luckily before I did, I saw two unidentified crumbs in my glass. On top of being blatantly rude, my service was not even clean. My final reason for actually writing this review is the clear racism I witnessed. I experienced all of these terrible steps of service with me and my two friends who happen to be African American. Meanwhile Dani smiled and gave free shots to other guests who were all, as you can guess, white. This was a trend with all of her bar guests all night. All of the guests I watched her yell at were African American while she smiled and chatted with white guests. This behavior is out of line for any role in the service industry. I will not be returning and will make sure anyone who asks me about this bar will know to not bring their money to such a disgrace of a bar.

As a former resident of Arlington Heights, I used to frequent this place quite often. However, my last experience was horrible! I stopped here to visit with a few old friends, and a good time while I was in town for a day. The bar tender (Anna) didn't know how to make a cosmopolitan. She asked me if I wanted a double on my drink. I said yes, and was willing to pay for that. When she returned to us she stated she way over poured my drink. I told her that wasn't necessary, but each drink that followed came with her saying the same thing each time. When we asked for the check, she brought my credit card and the receipt. It was nearly $500. She then admitted to over charging me and tried to correct it. During this time, 2 drunks walked in and began to accosted the female friend I was with. Which in turn, began a bar fight. This is not a safe environment, no security, and bar staff not equipped to handle 5hese situations. This place needs to be shut down. It has a long history of attracting a criminal element that this neighborhood just doesn't need!

This restaurant has some of the best sushi I've ever had. The quality of the fish is exceptional, and the presentation is beautiful. The service is also fantastic - the staff are knowledgeable and attentive.

Walked in late at night to pick up my mobile order. They told us they were no longer serving by a large, blonde, white, dancing woman with scars on her cheeks. We thought we were about to be shanked. Listen to me when I say this; whatever you think could go wrong here, understand that it can always be worse.Kid-friendliness: Non existent

Not the best place to eat but the drinks are cold. WE used to go here all the time and the owners and managers are not to friendly. Go here only as a last resort due to the late hours
