The new owner should sell it now before he doesn't have any customers- asked for a to go ice cream and didn't even put a top on it and very small amount of ice cream- go to a different ice cream place- you will be surprised how bad this place has gotten

There was a line going out of the door when we come here on a Sunday. but it went so fast and we got our ice cream so quickly. Delicious,clean establishment and fun times.

awful customer service since new owners. told them to clean mixer because my daughter had tree nut allergy . looked at me like what are you talking about. my peanut buster parfait was smaller than it was before.

Awful! Regular customer for years with great food and service. Lately Blizzards have been very skimpy on the add in candy/cookies. I think this is new ownership. Couldn't find a single chunk of Butterfinger in my Blizzard today. Will start going to the Palatine DQ from now on.

The two of age men were very hard workers! They should be paid $15!
Lots of tables inside to dine in! Freezer cases are filled with dilly bars and ice cream cakes. Cakes are about $30 to $35.The lunch menu is only hot dogs or soft pretzels. You can get the soft serve ice cream as a cone or sundae. Hot dogs and ice cream for 2 children was less than $15.
