I have been coming to this Dunkin' almost everyday for the last 4 years. Like any drive through, there is the possibility things are rushed and something may be forgotten, but out of everywhere I have been 9/10 times this place gets your order right. Granted I order roughly the same thing every time (Med. Iced coffee, cream, sugar, and 6 pumps of butter pecan plus a breakfast item) but the consistency of correct orders has improved drastically in the last year. The staff has always been patient and kind and in the time I've been coming, they must have a great bond because it seems the morning shift is still roughly the same. I've been in once or twice and the building always seems clean and inviting. I am interested to see how things will improve once their building is updated! Out of all the Dunkin's in the Suburbs, this is the one I recommend!

I have been coming here for years but lately the worst coffee. I am so unhappy with the terrible taste of the regular coffee. It tastes bitter and does not taste like Dunkin coffee tastes. I was in St John Indiana and I bought coffee from Dunkin on Wicker rd it was delicious. Now I realized how bad Dunkin on Rand road Arlington heights is. Going from now on to Dundee rd palatine. Lost my business.

Awful dunkin. After waiting in the long drive thru FOREVER everytime they never get the order correct. They hear what they want and make you what they want. Then argue with you when you tell them it's wrong. Specifically the short guy with the earring who loves to argue with the customers. It's the only dunkin on my way to work but after this last time it will be the last time I stop there. Get a new staff.

I would give less stars if the staff wasn’t so awesome. This is my go to dunkin’ location and when they make my order right, it’s awesome. but too often there’s always a mix up in what i’m ordering, the quantity being wrong, etc. I’m only writing this now because I just got an iced coffee delivered to me that was totally the wrong flavor and size. I hope it gets better!
