My first time in Illinois, and we came across Francesca's randomly. The hospitality and food are both excellent! Kenny was a great server and all others who served us! Came in for my mom’s birthday and I couldn’t be happier with our service! Kenny our server was great and patient with us which was great since it was our first time in this restaurant. My family and I stopped in for a quick dinner after a show. The pasta à la vodka was absolutely amazing, the fettuccine Alfredo was excellent, and our server Kenny was beyond incredible! He was an attentive, courteous, friendly, and very accommodating. Next time you want excellent service, ask for him!
