Menu items seems to be hit or miss. They can make a mean Hawaiian but stuff like wings and onion rings get overcooked. Calamari was a mistake. Stick to the pizza and you’ll be good!!!

Was little excited to see Mugs nearby when I was out working as I used to order pizza from the Crystal Lake location. Maybe they are not the same though? Pizza was fresh and hot but lacked any kind of real flavor. Pretty let down, I’ve had better gas station pizza. Oh well.Parking: On site parking

They had me waiting for 2 hours, I called asking when was I going to get my order and they told me it was on the way and I waited one more hour and still didn’t come so I called again and I asked to cancel my order and they told me if I was going to cancel it I wouldn’t be able to order from their store ever again.

Disappointed with my 2 piece BBQ chicken dinner tonight. The drumstick and thigh were the size of the dinner roll that came with the dinner. Thank goodness, I actually found it comical, wasn’t starving, and my fiancé shared his food with me.

Horrible service!!My wife who had just given birth placed an order that was supposed to be delivered in 30 minutes, we waited for 45 minutes and nothing, when we called them they said that the order wasn’t placed and a new car will deliver in 30 minutes.Well 30 minutes passed and nothing again, so we called in to cancel and the person on the phone said “oh it was delivered to the wrong address if you want you can place the order again and receive it in 40 minutes”Never ordering from here again.
