This used to be my favorite Thai place. I've been going for several years. I believe they changed owners recently as the last couple of times the food just wasn't good. I gave them a couple of tries recently just in case they were having an off night but unfortunately I officially will not be returning. The portions are much smaller than they used to be, and the price is, of course, the same. I ordered the Pad Kee Mao with shrimp. It had so much sauce that most of the food was submerged in sauce. I've been to many different Thai restaurants in my adult life and I've never had Pad Kee Mao like that. The food was not very spicy but almost sweet. My biggest complaint was there were barely any noodles in my entrée which should've been a majority of noodles. Although I ordered shrimp in the dish there was chicken mixed in, not the biggest issue for me but I can see that being an issue for some. The workers were very nice and the restaurant looked cute and peaceful like it always has so great job on that. I won't be going here anymore, but rather, I'll be looking for a different Thai place in the area to become my new spot.

Green curry was good and they weren’t skimpy with the ingredients but I took a star off because I asked how spicy it was and the waitress checked with the chef who said mild and it definitely is not mild. I had a canker sore and that wasn’t a good night for my canker sore.

Server was on her phone and left me with the card reader to pay. Could not remember order and was clueless. Food is good but service unacceptable.

First of all let me just say wow! Absolutely wonderful Thai spot. I went with a friend for dinner recently and it’s such a cozy and welcoming place. The food was incredible. I highly recommend the crab rangoon and the Tom Yum soup which was big enough to share! The Pad Thai was also a huge hit but the thing that stood out the most was the exceptional service. Our server Dia was incredibly attentive and so kind. We will definitely be back again.

Their new lunch specials are perfect! I went with my husband and we each got a soup and he got an egg roll while I got a crab rangoon along with our orders. He ordered the seafood pad thai and I ordered chicken yellow curry which came with white rice. Both of our orders were equally delicious and the portion for lunch was spot on. Don’t forget to add the Thai iced coffee to your order, it’s the perfect afternoon pick me up!

My husband and i went there for lunch yesterday and we are so disappointed with the food very expesive it is better to go to a chinese restaurant cheaper and much better food i ordered pad thai with the combination of the 3 extra toppings but they gave 2 pcs of cold shrimp and more chopped squid and tough beef on top of the soggy noodlesI’ve been to many thai restaurants but this restaurant is the worst i don’t know if the chief or the owners know what they are serving . The food in the menu is totally different on what u get i think the owners are not even Thais. Really disappointing i wish i could give zero rating f possible i don’t recommend this restaurant

Thai food... but painted over in white!Very disappointed in Gumrai Thai. The food is just not there, it’s too soggy, beef is too hard, doughy and uses American broccoli ? instead of asian broccoli. The soup tastes like powder mixed with water. No wok flavor, doesn’t wow me at all. Very cheap on the ingredients used but wants to charge $13 for Pad See Ew and Pad Thai…Service was pretty good but it seems like they don’t know for an asian restaurant that chop sticks should be the standard with forks and spoons on the side.Parking: 2 hr parking free street & parking lot

Last night was my first time here. It was extremely disappointing. I was with a group of maybe 15 people. The service was stellar, we all got separate checks. I ordered the orange chicken, while it had great flavor, the chicken was very dry and tasted old. The chunks were rather large and difficult to eat. I took most of my meal home, I usually enjoy leftovers, but these were not the greatest. I may give it a try again, but at this point I highly doubt it.

Did we eat at the same place?Pad Thai or disappointing gummy microwaved ramen??First timer, was excited by the reviews. Lower your expectations, at least for pickup. This may be the worst pad Thai I've ever had.Nice enough folks and they seemed to be very busy for takeout. To be expected on a Friday night, no issue there. The chicken pad Thai was inedible. I had a few bites and can tell you: Chicken was tough, noodles were a oversauced gooey/gummy mess, sprouts were scant. The Crab Rangoon was okay/edible, a little sweet for my tastes, but that's subjective, husband liked them.Back to tried & true, including Bistro Chen just down the street.
