Honey Jam is my favorite brunch spot in the area. I love the Buffalo chicken wrap, while my wife enjoys their veggie skillet. Food is always consistently fresh and hot. The coffee options are also commendable. Have never had a bad service experience here- the waiting staff are attentive and always friendly.

Had a group of 16 people and the fire alarm went off because they burned toast in the kitchen. When we came back the served us cold food. The taste was terrible. they took nothing off the bill and it was a terrible experience. They should have cooked fresh food. very poor management in my opinion. Will never go back.

Since my other half and I were out of town we decided to look up a place and boy were we in for a treat. Our servers name was robin, she greeted us, was somewhat friendly and helpful with menu options. I ordered the grilled Salmon and eggs, and my other half ordered an omelet on a bagel with hashbrowns. I also ordered a cup of orange juice it was perfect, freshly squeezed orange juice is my favorite. The restaurant was clean and looked well-kept. Also, there was a Latina manager at the hostess stand she was very attentive to the customers and helped everyone with a smile. The manager was zooming around the whole time making sure she assisted the servers in taking care of their guests. I wish our server would have been a little more attentive, but everything else was perfect so I'll definitely return once we come back to town.

Great spot for breakfast or lunch. Food was delicious and service was very attentive. The atmosphere was good but I wish they would decorate and creat a more immersive environment. It feels a bit dated.

We have been here a few times and we usually have a nice time. This is a cute out-of-the-way restaurant with decent food. The servers have been nice and really on top of things. This past visit however was just absolutely disgraceful! I tried leavng feedback through their corporate site and through the survey app but got no reply so here we go: We arrived about 9am. They were not busy, about 75% of the restaurant was empty. The seating hostess was seated behind the register counter reading a magazine and couldn't even be bothered to greet us. She looked annoyed that we interupted her as well. She put us at a table right in front and under a vent which by the time it got down to the table was blowing cold air. I moved around to different positions at the table to see if I could get a place that wasn't quite so cold for me - I have a medical condition where if my hands get cold, they will turn blue and numb. I couldn't make it work and since the restaurant was practically empty, we went back up front and asked if we could be seated somewhere else and why. I understand that if the restaurant was busy, this would be an unreasonable request. But the restaurant was anything but busy. The seating hostess was RUDE and told me the whole restaurant is like this and then tried to tell me to basically "suck it up." I was just about to say "okay then we will go somewhere else" when she finally offered up another table. The server was wonderful and was tipped accordingly. When we went to leave, the same seating hostess was still scowling at people while sitting behind the register counter doing absolutely NOTHING but reading magazines while another person took our payment. At least she was pleasant. You don't have to sit out front waiting for people to come in when things are slow but if you are the initial face of an establishment, then try to at least pretend you want people to come into your place of business. Also, not all disabilities and illnesses are visible and my request wasn't so over-the-top or unreasonable that it warranted her hostile attitude either. Since the restaurant couldn't be bothered to at least contact me about this, I highly doubt we will go back there. I shudder to think what would have happened if I was having a bad day where I needed my forearm crutches and told her we couldn't sit at a booth when ALL THE TABLES were empty! Breakfast places are a dime a dozen - this was one convenient for work but I can find someplace else that won't be nasty over a simple request that inconvenienced absolutely no one.

Mary was excellent , offered undivided attention with a busy restaurant almost felt like we were the only ones being served. Food let's just say one of the best breakfast experiences in a long time. Will definitely be back.

I had eaten here several times in the past with good food and good service, but not any more. Based on the amount of sand that ended up in my mouth during my last visit, one of my pancakes was dropped on the floor. I can no longer trust the kitchen staff to do what's right.
