Very cool bar with great pizzas. The atmosphere is lively with fun tiki drinks that add to the experience. We had thin crust and beer crust pizzas, all were cooked perfectly and tasty.

This squirrel ?️ and momma squirrel went out for a pizza date night. The place is FABULOUS ? well decorated! It's like walking into a Hawaiian Titi hut . It's also family owned. The menu doesn't have a lot, but it's a pizza ? place. First time their and we ordered one of their Beer crust pizza. It was good, but for us... not great. This place is packed and I absolutely recommend going on a date nite, MAKE RESERVATIONS, and they are only open Thursday to Sunday. The mixed drinks are all Hawaiian based. I had a Mai Tai and it was great, one drink got me a small buzz, but this squirrel ?️ is a light weight. After seeing th Saturn drink, I should have tried that. Here's why it's missing the 5 star.Cost.Staff put me a little off, didn't have the best hosting and no real menu recommendations ?.I can also tell the owners are getting fed up with thieves and cry baby customers. The don't steal our stuff, 3-4% surcharge for credit card use and no refunds for mixed drinks signed are almost every place.I think ? a lot of people visit and are expecting a hillbilly bar, THIS IS NO RED NECK PLACE. if you look at the out side it's a bit older and can be very deceiving for how fun and nice it is inside.Having been a Hawaiian Navy Sailor I want to go back wearing my Hawaiian shirt.Parking: Parking is tricky and fills up fast.

Stopped in last week to check this place out and loved the vibes/ decor. Our drinks were good , the food was decent , a little expensive but we were mostly looking for a quick bite and drinks. The drinks are typical tiki bar prices, mostly $12-$15 with the exception of special and group drinks . Atmosphere was nice , check it

Let me start out by saying yes my experience was 5 stars but only because I could not stop laughing at how bad this place was. You walk in and right away you get hit with a musty bacon smell . Theres no air circulation and a fountain indoor, so humidity is extremely high. The whole restaurant is carpeted lol there’s cameras pointed every table so you don’t steal the cups .i counted at least 25 cameras. No prices on the margaritas and they categorically refuse to bring water no matter how many times you ask. We went on a Friday and it was packed , drinks took forever to come out. Pizza was actually awesome the beer crust is top notch. Anything else was gross. Our waiter wanted to leave some menus for us after ordering so he put them on the floor. We ordered the giant margaritas for multiple people , they lit them on fire and poured dry ice on the table for effect. The drinks were weak and filled with ice to the brim. 100 percent go for the experience you will not stop laughing at how this place is still open. Probably will never go again but I’m glad I did at least once !

Highly recommend if you love nostalgia and Polynesian style. Make reservations. We didn't, but sat at the bar. It was fun watching the bartenders.

This place works! Named after the owners Pomeranian it seems like a strange combination of Hawaiian tiki bar and pizza place but they pull it off. The drinks are authentic and well done including the best Mai Tai outside of Dukes in Maui. The pizza is World Class with a perfect crispy crust and the flash fried super crispy wings are some of the best we have ever had. The staff is friendly efficient and well informed. The owner used to manage Bills pizza in Diamond Lake which explains why the pizza quality is so good. The only small issues were small cramped bathrooms and parking spots can be tough to find on busy nights. You absolutely have to try this place! The Hawaiian decor is authentic and attractive. We loved this place!

Cocktails are min $17. Burgers are ok. Buns are stale. Pizza is not good. Prices are really high. $12 for kids drinks. 3% added for using CC. Who carries $350 for dinner anymore? Wouldn't go back.

What a great night out! Beautiful ambience. Cocktails were delicious and on theme. There were some kids acting out next to us, the moms didn’t seem to care much about them climbing on chairs, bumping into my chair and yelling. I’m a parent and was really looking forward to kid free night. Next time I’ll come out later in hopes to avoid that. Service was wonderful, Darek was very attentive and kind. Thanks for a fun local night!!

*edited after owner responseThe good: decor. The bad: rude random server, bad smelling/tasting water (according to owner it’s well water that is tested regularly but that still doesn’t change the fact that it smells and tastes bad and you shouldn’t only offer $4 FIJI water in response.), gross/super sugary sweet kid drinks, food is meh and they add tip without telling you so make sure to look at your check!!!I’ll give it 2 stars for the nice decor that is unique in the burbs. But that’s the only thing this place has going for it. The worst part is a rude woman who is a server at the place. The tap water they serve tasted bad (yes, the water had a bad taste!). I thought maybe it was the cups but we smelled the cups and they smelled fine. The water just tasted gross so I had to buy $4 Fiji water after asking them if there was water at the bar they could serve me. Nobody at our table drank the water they served us because it was so bad. Owner responded saying I should remove my questions of safety of water but I’ll keep everything else. Water tastes and smells bad and if it were my restaurant, I wouldn’t serve it. No other restaurant in the area has water like this and I’ve eaten at plenty of them.Food is passable. Not the worst but nothing we had (burgers and pizza) were good. Fries were really greasy.Kids drinks are pure syrup and gross. The kids didn’t mind it because of course they don’t, it’s sugar. But a Shirley temple at any bar would taste much better. You can tell it’s mostly syrup as it settles at the bottom. A regular coke probably has a lot less sugar than these kid drinks. Would not recommend. The place is dark (which isn’t bad but it leads to my next point) so if the menus happen to say somewhere that 20% gratuity is added to your tab automatically, I missed it. I don’t mind this business practice as I’ve been a server before. But I didn’t see it posted anywhere. Plus we were a table with 4 kids and 2 adults. I’ve never had a “family” place do this so I was caught off guard. I would suggest they post this somewhere you can see it as it’s not easily visible on any menu and the place is so dark. (Owner says it is posted at host counter but we didn’t spend time at host counter, and as I mentioned the place is dark, the menu is crowded so I didn’t see it).But the worst is the some random woman server who wasn’t even serving our table. This is practically a family restaurant until 8 PM. We went at 5:30 and almost every table had children with them. The server came over at least twice to tell us “your children must remain seated at ALL times.” The kids we had with us had been calmly looking at the decor in the place and then were just standing around the table. If the space was tight or my kids were around other people’s tables I would understand. But my 5 year old son was near nobody, just near his chair standing up. He was energetic and I wouldn’t have faulted someone coming to us and saying “hey can you just make sure they don’t bother anyone or don’t act up too much”. They weren’t even acting up but i wouldn’t fault someone for wanting to make sure they were kept under control. But she literally just stalked over to us to yell at us twice about it. The second time I said “my kids are allowed to stand up” and she just walked away. I just can’t understand how you tell someone “your kid cannot get out of their seat” at a family restaurant. Again: if my kid had been running around, by all means, feel free to even kick us out. But my kid and my friend’s kid were literally just standing by their food.I wouldn’t return, mostly because the food was not great, the water was gross, they charged tip without telling you and the drinks have so much sugar (without being food) that you may as well just resign yourself to diabetes.

Drinks are way overpriced. Pizza was average except for the fact that it was so hot when it arrived we had to let it sit for 5 mins and it still burned the inside of my mouth and blistered up after.

We visited Lolas recently and would describe the experience as price gouging at its worst! We ordered drinks, appetizers and pizzas. They charged us $27.00 for a medium pizza and $37.00 for a large pizza (5 toppings). In addition, we were charged an automatic 20% gratuity of $26.00. We paid by cash to avoid an additional charge of 3% for payment by credit card. The drinks and appetizers were good, but the pizzas were substandard. The crust was burnt and had a black residue on it. Not very appetizing. We will NEVER go back!

The atmosphere was amazing, the food was delicious. I'm not going to deny that. My six year old daughter misunderstood my husband who wanted a picture of her by the fountain. She stepped up onto the ledge and my husband told her to get down right away. An older gentleman came up and very nicely asked to keep her down, which we told him that we had already told her this and it wouldn't happen again. Everything was taken care of and we were done with the picture when a waiter named Mikey came up and basically screamed at us, when everyone was headed back to their seats. I had to tell him three times that we had already asked her to get down and it wouldn't happen again. The gentleman had to come up to us afterwards and apologize cause he saw how rude and over the top Mikey was. Our kids were not running around and always accompanied by an adult. We saw the sign, my daughter just mis understood us and was standing on the ledge for maybe three seconds. My husband and almost felt this passive aggressive attitude from Mikey as he waited on us and there was never an apology. This left a bad taste in our mouths and out a damper on the whole experience-where I'm not sure if we would go again. Bottom line you don't treat paying customers that way when it wasn't needed. Thank you to the older gentleman working who made me feel a lot better. My advice DO NOT BRING CHILDREN HERE. I had anxiety the entire time, even when monitoring them the entire time.

This was our first time there. As soon you walk in you see the Polynesian decor. The place is so great. The place is dimly lit with so many wonderful light fixtures. Then we get the menu and it has so many different cocktail options and many food options. We got the pizza and some of the unique drinks. Everything was terrific. We will definitely be going again.
