We’ve been waiting at the drive thru for a half hour. If I hadn’t already paid with the mobile app, we would have left. I feel bad that only two people are working in the whole store, but it is a business with a reputation to uphold. This is a bit ridiculous.

Went through the drive-thru and was asked to pull around to the second door. Not sure why, as it was not busy. The fries were cold and the Big Mac had all the sauce put on one side and was oozing out. Very messy. Usually go to the Rolling Meadows McDonald's, sorry I didn't go there this time.

Everything's clean. My only complaint is it's a small restaurant and if you decide to dine in it can get pretty crowded real quick. Other than that I've only had good experiences at this location.
Young man at the window tried to charge me $3.00 for a cone. The actual price with tax is $1.99. I told him it was not 3.00. But he kept insisting it was. Took my money back, didn't get a cone and won't be back to this mcdonalds. Watch your prices!

the cashier was REALLY RUDE. I came to pick up my order that I ordered ahead and the second I said “Hi” she yelled at me in a really really rude and annoyed tone: “Whatever your order is, it’s not ready, so go somewhere and wait.” I didn’t even have a chance to say anything about my order. The lady at the window (cashier) taking orders is very rude every time I ask a question instead of helping the customer she rather have attitude and question you like excuse me I can change my order at any time since when you can’t change your mind on what you want to eat. Drive through horrible they always park people and it’s not even busy like there’s enough employees for you guys to have anything ready.
