Order two loaves of bread for pick up. I received an email telling me it was ready for pick up and would be on the pick up shelf. I get there, the place is crowded and there’s no bag on the shelf. Can’t get anyone to help me at the pastry register and I’m not gonna wait behind five people just to pick up an order that was supposed to be on the shelf. The woman I talked to was rude and it was just a bad experience. The Panera at Randhurst is much better at pick up orders and much nicer.

The cashier lady entered the register incorrectly during my lunch today. Fortunately, the kind woman who prepared my sandwich corrected me. I was not eating pepperoni. When I looked at my receipt, I was shocked. We all speak English right? It was very rude and irresponsible for me to spend 15 dollars like this.

DO NOT WORK HERE!! Management is RIDICULOUS especially the new additions. Kayla or as she likes to be called, cupcake, is a snake. She talks to people with no respect and as if you’re her child. She doesn’t take accountability for any of her actions & blames other managers for everything. You can’t trust her with anything personal because within that same day, the whole store will know about it. This store is disgusting & filthy. The store was in great hands & enjoyable when Brian was still there, who she also got rid of. They choose favorites & treat everyone else like trash. If you speak out against them, they will write you up & cut your hours. You will still be plotted against on your vacation, get written up & fired the day you come back. You can go above & beyond for the store & work more than your wage but will still get told you aren’t doing the bare minimum. If you want to make your worst nightmare come true, apply & find out!-A&B

The staff is always friendly and our order is usually ready when they say it will be. The quality of the food is really my issue. The portions seem to be shrinking and the quality seems to be slipping. But their bread is still delicious ?.
