I visited on Saturday morning, you can say little bit busy, person who is taking the orders is very nice but other person did not call the name so we were waiting since long time in sitting area , my son told me not to go them but I went to the order place area and my order was there. I noticed they are not calling anyone name even they asked what is the name on the order ?

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks.I ordered on drink - completely wrong. Went inside to get the right drink and I cant believe it took them so long to get the right drink and didnt even bother to apologize just looked at me like I was speaking gibberish. Like I dont post reviews but seriously.

I’ve been going here for years and it is the least consistent store I’ve been too. You never know what you are going to get. The last two weeks there seems to be new staff and they are the worst. A young man that now takes orders can not follow at all. This morning order was wrong. I said you aren’t very good at this job. Three times he’s gotten it wrong in a week. He replied my bad. Didn’t offer to correct the drink that he missed. I went somewhere else and I think I’ll visit the new location from now on.
