I’m lactose intolerant and it is important to me that when I ask for coconut milk , barista puts coconut milk, not whole milk. Guess what they do every time I ask for coconut milk.

Fucking horrendous, they put some jenicide baby's bloods into my coffee, blacker than a hot comb when it's supposed to be a SUGA COOKEH LATTE, like okay. I asked for more milk she put the scraps from the bottom of the carton making me seem like an imbasol. Customers come first and the ambiance was horrible some kid that is barely scraping food into her mouth got a better drink. FML

I went and the cashier put in my drink order wrong, and after I told the barista she claimed I order my drink wrong?! After I ordered the most basic thing Mango dragon fruit. She acted very rude and was not understanding she re made my drink but gave me attitude.

The workers were incredibly rude to me and didn’t get my order right. They gave me a grande instead of a venti. When I politely told them that it was wrong, they tried to gaslight me and say that I told them I wanted a grande. Then the worker walked away. So yeah, really good job Starbucks.

Ashley, a recently employed employee i believe, is literally the worst employee ever. Terrible service. I feel bad for the employees that need to work with her because the rest are the nicest people ever. Ashley never has a smile on her face and does not say hello or thank you, pretty much has 0 manners.

Espresso/coffee machine not working. A coffee shop should never let this be a reason. Have a backup. We left empty handed and went to nearby Duncan.

The barista who helped me here, Ellie, was extremely kind and helpful!! I have never had better service at a Starbucks, even my drink somehow tasted better than usual. Her kind and helpful service should be recognized and rewarded! :)

Expensive for no reason. How lazy you have to be, for not able to make a cup of coffee with milk for yourself on the morning, and pay 3$-5$ for a cup. Special in this economic crisis, but most of the Americans have left hand and lazy. Nothing special in this Starbucks coffee..I never buy. People buy expensive coffee maker for home and make your coffee.

They are professional in delivering my order right on time, waking me up for another day. They have the fastest worker I know giving my order in the drive-thru. By the way, the staff is very kind and easy to handle with, without any delays whatsoever. It does not take too long to receive your order, even in busy hours 6:00 to 10:00 and 15:00 till 19:00. Great job guys!
