What truly sets The Tuscan Market & Wine Shop apart, however, is its unwavering commitment to personalized service. Unlike larger retailers, here, every customer is treated as a cherished guest, with dedicated staff members on hand to offer expert advice and guidance. Whether seeking the perfect pairing for a special occasion or simply curious to explore new tastes, patrons can rely on the wealth of knowledge and passion exhibited by the attentive team. The market's dedication to fostering a sense of community is evident. From intimate soirées, to first dates with the love of your life, each event is thoughtfully curated to enrich the palate and expand horizons. We love it here.

This place was excellent! My husband and I stopped in on a Saturday in the early evening. We just wanted to relax and have some wine and a couple of noshes before heading home. Well, we got so much more. The food here is fantastic! We ordered the Canga Salsa and the garlic knots with brie cheese. They were SO GOOD! The garlic knots were fabulous - I think they were homemade to order. So pillowy and soft and flavorful! The Canga Salsa which is a pesto sauce that's lightly warmed and topped with toasted marcona almonds and kalamata olives was unbelievably delicious! The server was great too and was kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely come back to try more things and try their pizza!

The only thing TRICKY was managing the villages sidewalk replacement project on a rainy Friday evening. However, once inside the Tuscan Market it was all TREATS. We enjoyed a great wine selection while being entertained by Michael Steven Cohen on acoustic guitar. Tuscan Market is a great concept, a wine shop/bar which also serves a limited, but delicious woodfire pizza, sandwiches & charcuterie. My husband’s Italian beef was “one of the best he’s ever had “ while I enjoyed a GF sausage & goat cheese, pesto pizza! I highly recommend a casual night out coming for the wine selection, enjoying the entertainment & grabbing alittle dinner! Maybe we’ll see you there!!!Dietary restrictions: Able to acommodated me with a gluten free pizza crust.

Truly disappointing, we were turned away because we had our children. We were told no children were allowed (no signs posted and was not stated on their website.) I could understand after a certain time like 8pm, but this was 6pm and the outside tables were completely empty (now I know why when the entire downtown was slammed and they had zero business) they are alienating a core customer of AH and I can’t imagine a small business turning away $$ when they are already struggling based on other reviews.

Always great food & wine and of course the atmosphere!! Great location in downtown Arlington heights / perfect for commuting too - just steps to the Metra ! Meat / Cheese Plates are awesome to share.

Rude hostess and manager. Called ahead to ask if they can accommodate us at a table that doesn't require a step down. My husband is in a wheelchair. They offered hold a table since we were 10 minutes away. When we arrived, the hostess abruptly informed us that we could not have the open table. Instead, they allowed someone who was already seated to push two tables together even though they had enough space w one table. The manager then admitted to speaking with me on the phone, but said "sorry" without offering any explanation or alternative. They need to be trained in how to speak to and treat disabled people. I'm not so sure they don't treat all customers rudely either. So many other great restaurants in that area. Don't bother with them!
