I’m 8 months pregnant. I drove 30 minutes to this location because they close at 9pm! I showed up at 8:10pm and they were CLOSED! Very upset and disappointed.

Doors locked at 1:30 pm. Employee was standing there making dough. Another appear from the back, look, and turn around to doing whatever , ignoring the customers trying to spend their hard earned money .If they were closed for lunch you would think they would have a sign.

Just stay away from auntie annes across from Nike. Employees that hate their job. Cant get a pretzel for my kids without catching a attitude. Blue hair you know who you are. Do better. Visit was on a saturday 5pm.

We placed a mobile order via the App and went to this location for pickup. We showed the confirmation email to the staff but they sent us to the other store in the mall. After we went the the other store, we were told that they never processed any online order. Then we came back to this location, and they still insisted there was no online order received. Then another staff asked our name and found our order was ready and the food had been sitting there. The staff who gave us wrong info was still very RUDE and IMPATIENT. He made us to have a round trip between 2 stores when it was around 94 degrees outside, but he didn’t feel sorry at all. We understand people make mistakes, but you should at least apologize when you give the customer misleading information. It was a really terrible experience at this store, we will never come back to this location.

This location never has fresh pretzels ready for sale. That is typically the reason I'm never able to actually purchase anything. Today I opted to wait.... the staff seemed shocked and irritated. While waiting I realized I had a free small mini pretzel coupon on my app to redeem. The manager seemed frustrated that I was using a redeeming it. When my daughter received the pretzels they were old and burnt. I asked if they could replace them they said we would have to wait until they made another batch- this is after we had already been waiting for the original order. I asked if they could swap them out since they already had some fresh looking ones in the display case. The manager told me those were large cups and the can't take from those to make a small cup!!! Terrible customer service- way too many employees sitting around to not have fresh food. The only plus is it is Very clean location.

There was a there was an active shooter at the mall today and the employees refused to allow people behind the counter for safety. One employee yelled at me and forced me and my 9-month old baby to stand by a huge window when there was a safe area behind the counter. I literally cannot believe that any person could force a BABY to be near a window during an active shooter.

Bought a couple cups and lemonade and one pretzel. Worst I've ever had from an Anne's. Overcooked, tough, no nice buttery flavor. I haven't had these in a long time and was looking so forward to enjoying. So disappointing. Maybe we should have tried the other location in the outlet mall but we were too mad. Won't be getting any for a long time.

I just had the worse expensive of my life at this exact location !! Manager Jessica should get fire , I don’t know why corporate is not aware of the poor customer service she offers !!me and couple of families where waiting in line she decided to yelled at us and tell us to moved the line to the other side , she keep yelling to keep the door closed so we couldn’t really moved anywhere , I told her to made up her mind and she snapped , everything when from zero to hundred in one minute she got up-sad and very rude because we ask her not to scream at us she told me to get out and she told the rest of her crew to denied services to me and the other families that where behind me , my 2 daughters aged 7 and 10 started crying because her tone of voice was very rude and she had the audacity of treated to call secure on us because according to her she is she manager and she could do what ever she like , we waited for security while my children where crying and we explained everything to him … at this point I was furious because what kind of human being behaves in such a barbaric way in front of a bunch of kids .. the security told us that she was probably having a bad day but that doesn’t give her the right to treat costumer in such a rude way .. I am very very angry not because she refused service to me , I’m very angry because she made my children cried !! I am still furious at what she did but I would never have the audacity to behave like an animal but apparently she did .. I really hope corporate is aware of this because some people where recording the incident and I’m really hoping her boss is awarded if the type of employees they have !!!

The manager is the rudest I have ever seen. She does not know what customer service means. It’s not her store and she doesn’t care if the company loses money because of her.
