I was trying to be an employee here. However, everytime I tried, the manager Monique changed the date on me. Both the times that she arranged dates, she was not there. I was extremely aggravated and annoyed. She seemed nice but clearly she is not doing her job. She didn’t even have the decency to tell me that she was not there or there was a change of plans. I felt bad for the employees there cause they seem stressed everytime I had to ask for her, they either didn’t know or told me she left.

We want today around lunch time and they had nothing besides pretzel bites and 2 cups of the mini pretzel dogs. It was odd around lunch time they had nothing prepared. I opted for the mini dogs and cheese. The associate that helped was not friendly at all. Secondly, the mini pretzel dogs weren’t even cooked all the way. Unfortunately we were on our way out and had eaten a few and had to toss the rest so I couldn’t even go back to ask for a refund. We had maybe 3 when we noticed the texture was different. Someone could have gotten sick, my toddler had 2 so if he ends up sick I’ll know why, this is a big health problem, eating raw uncooked dough. I don’t recommend this location at all, as you can see with all the other poor reviews. You guys need to get this location figured out before someone gets really sick from consuming uncooked dough.

I did not see the menu of all the food options. I asked the person at the register which was the sweet pretzel. She gave me all on the list that they had made. At the end she said sweet almond with a 10 minute wait. Then I had to choose a tip amount. Too bad. The mall looks like it’s holding its own. Too bad for the rotten egg or pretzel in this case. The owner who made the fresh pretzel put it in a nice bag and reminded me to take napkins. Stop asking for a tip when there is no service to table

Way too much butter on the pretzels. It was soaking through the bag.Went back a second time but it was worse than the first time. The two boys making the pretzels were scratching themselves with their gloves on. Do you think they changed their gloves, nope! I let the half dead looking cashier know. He took his time letting them know to change their gloves. They thought it was funny. Kept looking at me saying something & laughing. The boy on the left changed his gloves after waiting a few minutes but the boy on the right did not. Did they not take a food handler safety course or just don't care ?

rude manager. yelled at customer for talking to employee, and yelled at employee too for making friendly chat. don’t bother coming here unless you want to be yelled at for simply looking at an employee. get a pretzel somewhere else.

The male manager at the upper floor was extremely rude yelling at a customer and making a fool of himself. Wouldn’t recommend if this is the kind of people they keep employeed

The manager is incredibly rude and unprofessional and takes to belligerently yelling at paying customers, specifically young girls.

Saw the manager of this auntie anne’s inside of another store in the mall trying to flirt with a clearly uncomfortable worker

i came in here while visiting from Lafayette and the manager or something just started yelling at this girl for seemingly no reason. she left crying so… i’m never coming back. i had already gotten my food but if i hadn’t i would’ve never eaten here. it also wasn’t good. lafayette is 100x better. disappointed.

witnessed the manager on more than one occasion treat other customers like garbage. i avoid this auntie anne's at all cost because the manager is such a MISERABLE person. maybe he should go work somewhere where he doesnt have to work with the public so no one has to deal with his horrible personality and terrible attitude.

So I was at the mall yesterday and I was getting Auntie Anne’s. When I walked up, I immediately noticed this manager yelling at this young woman. She wasn’t doing anything wrong as far as I know. All I heard was that she wanted to visit someone there. No one was distracted by her at all. She was just a regular paying customer asking a question nicely to a worker. The way the manager acted was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. She cried after that situation. I felt so bad for her after that. I can’t imagine how she is feeling right now after what happened. Lots of people left the line after that including myself. I went and got something else. No one should be treated like that. I will not ever support a business that treats their customers like that. Absolutely ludicrous. If you ever come here, please stay minimum 50 feet away from any Auntie Anne’s. You’ll regret going there.

The manager was so incredibly rude!! I would never expect as a customer to get cussed out and ridiculed while trying to order pretzels, will never go back. Will not suggest it to friends!

Heard a manager yell at a customer like she was a child for making small talk with a worker. I work in the service industry, but it doesn’t take a lot of brain power to know that this behavior is inappropriate, rude, and unprofessional.
