The front door and online says they are open till 10pm, but the doors were locked at 8:20pm. Staff and several customers were clearly inside, but they just waved us off.

Do NOT order a cake from here. I ordered online a week in advance. When we went to pick it up they tell us “5 minutes” we waited around for 30 minutes! They obviously were just now making the cake. Which whatever but the worse of all, the photo on the cake is GREEN! They claimed there is something wrong with the printer. SO WHY offer this service then? You clearly cannot do it correctly so don’t offer it especially for $42 on a 6’’ cake. ? learned my lesson, we will not be back.

constantly changing their hours. last week they updated and said they were open till 9:30 everyday today they have a sign on their drive thru that says they’re closed early. i go to check the website and now it’s back to 8:30. this location is so aggravating and what ice cream place closes at 8:30??
They constantly close before their listed closing time and have an attitude about it. The 3rd time we tried to go there unsuccessfully, we told them they should change their hours on their website and they said it wasn't their problem.

Very bad service. Took 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us to take our order. Then after we paid for it they got the order wrong and we didn't realize it until we unpacked it from the bag. Also the cones we got on the side were very stale.

RACIST RACIST RACIST BIGOT SAM! Mistreats my children when they go because they make the shakes wrong! They add sugar/water syrup and we ask them not to and guess what....Sam gets pissed. He called the police on my daughter because she’s “trouble” for making them remake her shake without sugar water! She NEVER asked for extra “free” ice cream, she only asked them not to put so much milk in it and not to add sugar water.!! The police! REALLY SAM?! So I called to speak to Sam and he was really rude to me as well...wonder what the REAL issue is SAM?!!! I have the video Sam ...good luck with your lies!
