To dine in i never had a problem. But if you order takeout past 8pm make sure you double check everything. They always forget something. How am I gonna have a fat ahh order and you only give me 1 little cup of ranch. No forks no napkins nothing. Acting like the ranch, napkins and forks come out of your paycheck. Then the chicken nachos only had a handful of chicken like seriously? Get it together or we gonna shut this business down.

Ok I was here last night for special ocation, food was dry not what I expect. Also at the and , went I was about to pay the Bill I notice extra charge, $$$$ 11.29 for a Burger tha I never order , ok lest call the server so she say upss I do know what happen , people check u Bill beafore u pay....god bless....

Food was ok, not what it used to be for sure. Service was horrible. After being seated we waited about 15 minutes and saw the QR code on the table so we thought that's how we were supposed to order. I'm the middle of ordering our drinks, apps and entrees using the code a server came to the table to take our drink order. Which was a total time of 25 minutes after being seated. Keep in mind, there were only 4 tables seated and 2 servers that we noticed. Won't be back.

As regular patrons of Buffalo Wild Wings, my family and I were eager to enjoy our usual dining experience. However, our recent visit was marred by the lack of positive customer service skills exhibited by our server, Leslie.From the moment we were seated, it was evident that Leslie lacked enthusiasm and attentiveness. She seemed disinterested and made minimal effort to engage with us. It took an unusually long time for her to take our orders, and when she finally did, her demeanor was indifferent.Throughout the meal, Leslie failed to check on us regularly, leaving us with empty glasses and neglected requests. Her lack of attention resulted in a frustrating dining experience as we had to repeatedly flag her down for basic needs such as refills and condiments.Furthermore, Leslie's attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming. The manager on duty felt like the only welcoming person throughout our whole dining experience.Overall, our negative encounter with Leslie significantly detracted from our enjoyment of Buffalo Wild Wings. While we appreciate the establishment's tasty food and vibrant atmosphere, the subpar customer service provided by Leslie left us feeling disappointed and undervalued as loyal customers. We hope that management addresses these issues to ensure that all patrons receive the exceptional service they deserve.

The food took forever and when it arrived it came cold. Some of the wing that were supposed to have bbq sauce had barely anything. The chicken tenders were also surprisingly tiny and over all it was not great.EDIT: There is no place on that website that says "Orders and Visits"... still looking...

We have ordered takeout from this location twice in the last year, and it has gone from bad to worse. This most recent one has ensured we won’t go back. First, it was ready 15 minutes after it was supposed to be. We are patient, so we didn’t mind, but they were not apologetic at all.Then when we got home, they used a small chicken finger for the chicken patty on our chicken sandwich. Almost all of the food was cold, and they put hot sauce on our wings, instead of mild. We love BDubs, but this location just can’t find good help to produce a quality product.

Yeah, this wasn't the greatest place. They ran out of some VERY basic items that I feel was just a fail on management. Staff and food took a really really long time, and I'm pretty patient and tolerant. I'm sorry, but I probably won't return here.

Go down the road to a different BDubs. I’ve never been forced to order sauces in exactly 5 wings but we were forced to tonight. They even let you order food from your phone at the table when you can split your wings however you want but the waitress made us. Cheap to go containers instead of regular BDubs boxes. Again avoid this location at all costs, nothing like a regular Buffalo Wild Wings.
