In town for work. Burger sounds good. Noticed Bumper 2 Burger on way to hotel. So after checking in went for that burger. Order the double and added mushrooms and seasoned fries. Both were cooked perfectly.

First time here, last time here Ordered the bumper 2 bumper burger with everything, fries and drink meal. You get a lot of fries the looked tasty and done but not completely inside. The burg was watery, wha i mean by that is the burger tasted like water, no flavor that includes the everything that was stacked on the burger. How can this be??? Had better a whole lot better No second chances on a $17+ meal

I ordered a burger today from this Route 59 location for the first time. I'm reviewing this restaurant because they have a glitch in the menu system and refuse to correct it. I'm on a restricted diet and ordered the burger with NO Cheese, fries and unsweetened tea. What I received was a burger with Cheese and a Sugary lemonade. I was told there are two options for the burger and I chose a burger that did not specify cheese, but would be on it by default?? I've never heard of such a thing and why did I request Unsweetened Tea...bc I wanted to control my sugar intake. Spoke to Chris a district manager and he was less than helpful, so customer service needs improvement as well. Would definitely not recommend this establishment!!!

Been here a few times and after every visit I tell myself I am not coming back again. Keep giving them another chance because they’re a small business and their meat is halal. Burger is mediocre. Fries are really bad; always too dry or too greasy. Always long wait times. Horrible service and argumentative staff. Pricing is deceptive and they charge you more than the price advertised on their menu and drive through. When you tell them about it they tell you “our prices went up” and they ask you “what do you want me to do?” How about fix the prices to reflect what you are actually charging people. Give a refund for the overcharged amount and don’t argue with the customers.

Burger was okay but nothing crazy definitely not worth the price though.

Drove by this place many times. I was finally in the area at lunchtime and tried a burger and fries. Excellent flavor! I love the free toppings!!! It took a little time to get my food, but it was well worth the wait. The meat has a great cracked black peppercorn flavor. I will be back to try the chicken tenders too.
The burgers were yummy. They had a nice peppery taste and the chicken was really good too!

Food was good. Had a single Smashburger a Chicago hotdog, season fries, and salted fries. You could taste the seasoning, but wish there was more overall good I will be back. 9/10

Unfortunately we won’t be returning. I was just passing by so I used this location. Definitely will stick to Lombard! Fresh fries is only an option if you order by phone. I requested to give the cold ones back and please make me fresh ones, I was refused. Milk shake was ice cream with chocolate syrup, not a shake.
