I walked in and waited about ten minutes before walking out without being served. As I wait their was only one cashier taking orders and I witnessed the same lady taking money from customers and with those same hands go over and start grabbing boxes of french fries and scooping bowls of soup without washing her hands or putting any gloves on. This is a very discussing act. The staff manager had no control of the timely pace to serve customers, there was no friendly greeting. I am disappointed and discussed at this location and will not be returning. Today's date is 02/28/24 the time was between 5 and 530pm. This Burger King is located on Orchard Rd by the Home Depot.

Online says it’s open till midnight and there are multiple signs on the property that state that they are open to midnight but when I pulled up at 11 PM I was told they were closed even with a big blinking sign that said open till midnight or later do better

We went here on Thursday October 5. Staff was OK. They did their jobs, but thats about it. Expect no kind remarks here, just cold efficiency.We ordered 2 2/5 jr whoppers, an 8 piece nugget, onion rings, fries. Food was pretty good. The jr whoppers were fantastic, the onion rings and fries were around a 8/10. The chicken nuggets were nothing special though. (For around 16 bucks)I’ve been to this place before, and some of the other items I’ve ordered have been disappointments, this includes the new wraps (barely anything in it worth mentioning), the chicken sandwiches (often old, need to ask for fresher ones), and sometimes the bigger burgers are dry at this location, so its a 50/50.The only consistent item I’ve gotten here so far is the 2/5 jr whoppers.Overall, go here if you want cheap food and quick service, but don’t expect kind remarks and smiles as well.Kid-friendliness: Has high chairsWheelchair accessibility: Parking for those with disabilities

Manager are rude and has no respects whatsoever. It’s against the law to be using handicapped spots while waiting for foods from the drive thru. Employees are sending their customers from drive thru to park in the handicapped spots while waiting for their foods. City of Aurora and police dept are aware of this situations/problems.

Every time I come here and go through the drive thru I am asked to pull around to a handicap spot and someone will bring my food out. Multiple times I have waited over 15 minutes. Today I had to go inside and ask for a refund and told them I didn't want my food. Either it wasn't prepared or it was one of the bags that had been sitting there for longer than the 5 minutes I waited in line to ask for a refund. On top of this issue, there is no apology or even friendliness in dealing with an issue that is cleary the responsibility of this slow food establishment.

I don’t what’s happened here lately,but the past two time I’ve been the food has been excellent !! Not that it’s ever been bad,but lately it seems better & I frequent it for breakfast & dinner on occasion. Keep up the great work staff !!

The portion of food is ridiculous! Whoppers are lame in size. And whopper juniors are ridiculous. Its like getting a slider at best. Burger King like all fast food these days are serving inflation size food with prices over 10 dollars for what ever meal selections that are available. I sound like my parents when I say its not like what it use to be when a whopper was huge, and a whaler fish sandwich was really a large piece of cod thatt would actually fill you up. McDonald's, Wendys, etc. are all the same too. Its a shame, but its the world we live in now, and it will never go back thats for sure! So glad I grew up in the 70's and 80's!!

Enjoyed a satisfying meal at Burger King! The classic Whopper was deliciously juicy, and the fries were crispy perfection. Quick service and affordable prices made it a great choice for a simple, tasty bite. Will definitely be back! Especially for their $1 ice cream cones!
