This burger king seem to have a similar bad workers as the other BK on 56 and Farnsworth. That BK is also permanently closed. I am guessing they are owned by the same people.

Ordered small onion rings, a piece mozzarella sticks, a 4 piece jalapeño cheddar bites, and a large sweet tea. My gosh everything was tasty especially the sweet tea the woman in the drive-thru was awesome even made me try the sweet tea to make sure it was good and it was perfect far better than Dunkin’ and McDonald’s I’ll definitely be coming back for sure

I'm not sure why this location is still open. BK, pay your employees a living wage so people can work for you. This location has maybe 2 employees? All the reviews seen before are true, this location took 15 minutes for fries. That was my ONLY order. A medium fry.

Our experience at the particular Burger King location was pretty horrible. When placing an order, the associate taking the order was a little snippy.When I drove up to the window to pay, she said there was only 2 of them that showed up and they are behind. Now I understand the snippy attitude...if you can't staff for the night, please just close.I received my food and drove off, as I was still 3 hours from home and my kid was ready to go. On the interstate when I started to eat my sandwich, I discovered the bread was cold and hard, the meat was cold as well...which was very disappointing. Unfortunately it was not worth my kids screams in the car to drive back and fix the situation.

Just stopped by and this Burger King is severely understaffed! The cashier is so stressed out, she needs help at night! I couldn’t order because the cashier was not taking orders for 20 minutes.

Wish I could give 0 stars. We had ordered food from this location on Uber eats. We had ordered the classic family bundle. And when it was dropped off to us there were 2 sandwiches and a Hershey's pie missing. And also they were out of sprite so instead of asking what we wanted instead of sprite, They gave us coke. And they forgot all of our dipping sauces. We live close so I drove back to the store to collect the missing items. Their front door was closed so I went to the speaker and explained the situation and that we were missing two chicken sandwiches and a Hershey's pie and they had me park into a parking spot an wait. When they brought it out I double checked and they again messed up and gave me 2 Hershey's pies and one chicken Sandwich and so I had to then go back around and have them fix it. AGAIN. No apologies or nothing just acted like they didn't care. And then I got back home the food we did have was now cold. Never coming back to this location. Ever. If anyone is thinking of coming to this location I would avoid at all costs.

Just left this location and I all I can say is WOW! The audacity and disregard for customers is outrageous. We pulled up to the drive thru at 11:40pm-ish and the sign out front states TUE-SAT open 24 hours. When we pulled up a woman in her uniform with red hair can be seen walking out with a guy apparently about to smoke. She states to us over the intercom that she is closed for the next 10 minutes because she's the only person there and that she needs a break! We were the only car in the drive-thru! Obviously we drove off, not wanting to sit in a drive thru waiting for her to finish her 10 minute cigarette break with her acquaintance. This facility is sketchy, untrustworthy and not a place I would want to give one cent of my money to.

I will never go here again. Sat and waited for a min which is fine. Girl came onto the speaker and i said i needed a minute i was still looking. Another minute later i said i am ready to order and she scolded me saying i will need to wait now because i interrupted her with her other customer. The tone was not nice and very rude she simply could have said hold on. I then left the drive thru without placing an order and there was one car in the drive up window when i drove by....i guess this employee crazy busy with customers. So rude will never be going back. 3rd time i have encountered rude employees there in the passed month. Uncalled for and unprofessional. Avoid this BK there are 2 more a mile or so away from this one.
Pretty sure you shouldn't be preparing food/sauces etc.. out on the front counter by the registers and everything. This is disgusting.They just left them sitting there the entire time I was at the store as well. Gross. I'll be getting my breakfast somewhere else from now on.

Bad experience, dined in and they had no customers inside but took about 10 minutes just waiting to be asked what we wanted. They have no ketchup ? Lady named Isabelle seems mean and rude. She yells at her employees and almost fighting with them. I would hate to work here. Slow service too! Never coming in again.

The worst location!! It’s so sad that this one location was built a few ago and they have the worst staff; just went through their drive thru and waited over 10 min and for my food to be cold !!! I didn’t understand why they had me park to wait for my order if they were going to give me cold food !!! I didn’t even special order .!!! So annoyed!! I’ve gone there 3 times and same thing happens !! NOT GOING BACKJUST TERRIBLE ?

Never had issues with staff at this location. But I'm never eating Burger King again, quite frankly I don't know why they're still in business. I'm disappointed, I spent $10 on the chicken fries meal and could have gotten better food for half the price at McDonald's. Burger King's food just sucks.
