Service and food so unbelievably bad that they closed it. They ripped the BK logo off the building and walked off and left it. This was basically a new location next to Popeye's (same parent company).

I was there the other day the store is permanently closed down. There was truck taking out equipment. It was a slop house anyways.

I think this place is now closed. Whether permanently or temporarily, this one and the location on Farnsworth just south of Molitor both seemed to have closed abruptly in the middle of the week.I drove past this location today just to verify because it happened to be on my way home, and there were upside down trash cans blocking both drive thru lanes and it appeared that people were removing the fixtures from the inside of the store.I feel like they really struggled with keeping this store staffed. TomsKing, the franchisee of both stores I mentioned, is also not answering their phones.It's a bummer they closed because they're the only option with Impossible Burgers or Beyond Meat. The next closest thing to having a meat substitute protein is the Sofritas at Chipotle, but that's not at all the same thing as a burger.Burger King's Mozzarella Sticks are always something my 5 year old asks for when I pick him up from preschool off of Hart Road, and now that BK no longer has locations anywhere near us, I don't know what I'm going to do about that. He won't eat Sonic's mozzarella sticks because they're never defrosted properly, leading to water between the breading and the cheese which is disgusting and REALLY unpleasant.

This place has gone downhill. It used to be pretty good but lately it's hit and miss. One time I got home and they forgot my fries. The buns are sometimes very stale especially the chicken and fish buns. Today my I got home and they said they were cooking my fish but that was a lie. It must have been at least an hour old and cold, I know because I used to work at a BK a long time ago. The burgers and really everything has gotten so expensive it's not worth it.

This restaurant is pretty bad. Nobody in the drive thru but they make you wait to place your order. Last time I was asked to wait by the 1st window. Five minutes later the worker at the first windows asked me what my order number was then he yelled it out to someone in the kitchen. I was then given the Ok to drive up to the 2nd window. Lady at the second windows asked me what my order number was. She yelled it out to someone in the kitchen. The man in the kitchen yelled back to her saying have him show you his order number. So I held up my receipt. When I finally got my order my sandwich had everything on it when I asked for plain. Bad enough there shake machine has been down for over 2 months mysteriously. I recommend everyone stop going to this BK the owner obviously don't care about it.

By far the worst and slowest drive thru in a 30 mile radius. I've never seen them use the overflow parking spots when the line gets backed up. I've seen fewer workers at other places turn out orders faster. The food isn't worth the hassle.

Much improved! A year or so ago I tried this location and pretty much swore off Burger King for life. A friend said he had tried them recently and said they were much better so I tried for myself and my food was made to order and hot and the fries were crispy and the workers were nice.

I would not recommend breakfast here. I ordered 5 items and they told me that was a lot, that was my first worry. I got the food I ordered and went home only to find out they forgot my sandwich. I went back and got my sandwich, they did not say sorry or anything like that. I went back home o ly to find my wife's biscuit was rock hard and barely edible. Not very nice!!!
