I met my granddaughter for lunch. She was excited to order the chips and salsa! We both ordered lunch, too. As we were eating the chips & salsa it was hit or miss OF BEING TOO SALTY! I usually would like the chips to be ‘lightly salted.’ THESE WERE NOT! Although we did not see the ‘salt,’ most of our conversation was about that! When are meals came we stopped eating the chips. When we were leaving, I casually mentioned to the waitress how at least half were TOO salty, she casually answered, “That could happen.” ?I am so mad that I didn’t ask for a refund for the chips! That will never happen again! BEWARE!
Had lunch there with my oldest son he had the $10.00 lunch special I had the 6 oz rib eye med rare (it was perfect) the staff were very nice . It was a strange weather ☁️ day rain,lite snow,and cold but we were warm and comfortable and good eats.?☺️?????

First I want to say that the service was amazing. It has been a long time since Chili’s had great service. Evelyn was pleasant at attentive and smiled. Yes, I said she was smiling. I watched her physically run to get people taking care of! As far as the food I ordered the boneless wings were lukewarm, not crispy at all I can tell they been sitting, so not a very good taste. I feel like if you get boneless wings they should be crispy especially for fried food and I ordered the chipotle bowl and it was OK. The grilled chicken was a little dry. The rice was lukewarm nothing was just really hot, so the food experience not the greatest, but the service was amazing. EVELYN AMAZING JOB! Great breath of fresh air!!!!

We ate there a few weeks ago, and met one of the best servers we've ever had at any restaurantReese was attentive, prompt, and actually talked with her tables in between the different duties she was walking on.If more restaurant staff were like Reese, we'd eat out more often.The food during this outing all seemed saltier than were used to from Chili's. It was all still edible, just had to have a lot of water during and after. I will admit that it may be that we're a little more sensitive since we're trying to reduce our sodium intake.(For the vision impaired: Chili's is pretty dark with deep earth tones for the decor, floors and tables. It can be a bit hard to navigate when it's busy. Serving staff seem to be very attentive when exiting the kitchens with the food.)

Stopped in tonight after my 6 year old has been begging for days for some chips and salsa. We came in around 5:00 give or take a few minutes and were sat quickly toward the back of the restaurant. It wasn’t busy. After the host took us to our booth, we did not speak to another chili’s employee again. Several servers walked past our table without a word. After about 10 minutes of waiting for even an inkling of recognition from anyone, we decided to leave. Very disappointed in a place we come to pretty frequently.

Had their double burgervery dry, pretty much poor at best servers came to the table. Told everyone to pass the food down past the drinks down no effort in serving.
