I used to frequent this chipotle guess not anymore , the burrito that I picked up on Thursday evening (feb 29) had hair in it ?, it was disgusting, if you really want to go here order on the counter instead of ordering online at least you can see them prepare food but guess I am done with this place.

Ordered a chicken bowel, with chips and queso cheese. The chicken had a ton of fat on it which wasn’t good. And the queso wasnt right. It didn’t have a creamy cheese texture. Instead it was mushy, i tried it anyways because i spent 20$ on my meal and it wasn’t good. I took pictures to show the queso. I’ve never tasted chipotle queso this way, it’s usually creamy and good. I didn’t recieve my receipt either. Overall disappointed.

The service was horrendous. I ordered 5 bowls and ended up only getting 3 of my bowls. They failed to put the stickers of the contents in the bowls on each of them so I had no clue what bowls I was missing. I went back to the restaurant, and they ended up making two bowls I already had. Terrible customer service, didn’t offer anything in terms of compensation for their forgetfulness, even with the fact of the amount of time I took driving there twice from home. The portions the worker made was also terrible. Overall terrible and never coming to this location again.

i’m pretty sure the mf making my food was stoned bc when i went to pick up my online order, i checked the bowl and literly nothing was correct. it had my name on the package but instead of lettuce he gave me free guac and queso lmao. the other bowl was fine tho. idk how the order was this badly messed up. go to the eola chipotle they actually give it correctlyParking: the parking is hell

Amazing experience at this Chipotle tonight. My boyfriend and I went in for dinner and as we were trying to pay their system was not cooperating. After waiting there for a pretty long time trying to pay, they ended up just giving us our food for free. Such a wonderful customer experience. I definitely will be eating here again.

You know why this place is getting one star consistently, because they deserve it… Ordered food, went to pick up food on 12/01 at 7 PM(RJ8-UA2). Picked up my order from shelf, came home and realized that entire order is wrong with right Name on it. Yes I double checked my NAME. Drove back to store and that took me 30 minutes more, talked to their rep and she was like ohh we have your entire order ready but we bagged wrong. I am like ok give me my order please. She literally handed me cold food which was sitting there for more than 45 minutes, no apologies at all. Came home and realized that the entire food is not eatable at all because it went completely soggy. Threw the entire order and raised an online complain. Today is 12/11, Haven’t heard a word back so I guess their manager doesn’t even care about their corporate complaints at all. You really want to spoil your lunch or dinner plans,go for it.Certain businesses should shut down so a deserving candidate can own it and keep up with brand reputation.
I ordered two bowls and a quesadilla. The meat on one of the bowls was dry, tasted burnt and just overall below standard. On top of that, the quesadilla in my order was just tortilla, barely any cheese, and rock hard. The fact that I had to pay nearly $13 for something that’s inedible is ridiculous. The quality of this food is poor, and it’s the sheer fact that this food was even served to a guest.
