ordered a burrito, it was very cold for whatever reason, asked for it only to be warmed up, but they said they couldn't do that. they then offered me a new one, but sort of in a begrudgingly fashion, like the cold burrito was my fault.

Terrible location. I came into the parking lot wanting to order food at around 9:50 ish, and this place closes at 10. I walk up, and the doors are locked. It's not even 10pm yet

They had loud music with n-word playing and not bleeped out or anything, and forgot the queso I paid for. Won’t be back to a location that thinks this music is acceptable when there are children in the building, it’s a chipotle not a night club, manager your people.

The workers here are so rude and constantly give ugly looks when customers walk in. Don’t even say you’re welcome or give eye contact to the customers just throw the food at them . Incredibly rude
