I entered this bakery on Friday afternoon Feb 29 and I did not have a good experience. The lady at the register was rude and overbearing when serving me. While he was charging me I asked him if they still had atoles and his response was curt and immediate and he told me no. When leaving I noticed that there were some ATOLE glasses in the part where they make the cakes. I don't know why the lady told me there wasn't any or why she was rude to me in general. My 2nd and last visit to this place.

I felt like I was robbed. They sold me my medium Reyes Rosca for 65 on January 4th. I called the next day on the 5th and asked the price of the previous day and they told me 50. They told me that the prices changed, even so they sold it to me more expensive, all to pocket 15 because I paid in cash with one of 100 and they didn't give me receipt, and on the 5th I called the price lowered to 45. Let me know if they didn't rob me. Never go there before calling prices elsewhere. This is very unfair. ? I called because I recommended a friend to go buy her bagel from Aya because I thought they were delicious, but she called me and told me that it was cheaper than mine. That's why I called and they just said sorry. No solution.

The tamales are super good and very thick which I loved. I also got pan de muerto and all I have to say is both were super good. I recommend this place 100% and staff is very nice.

This was nothing short of a nightmare. I would advise anyone to go else where for their 15ra cake stuff. I paid for the cake delivery and also a deposit for the carriage all the cakes would sit on. Only to get to the venue and see the carriage that was delivered was broken and the cake was about to fall off. I called them to let them know the cake would be falling since they sent me a carriage that was broken. Their advise was to take the cake down and fix it myself. . This was the first issue upon inspecting the rest of the cake there was a cake missing a whole cake missing from what the picture showed that we ordered This was very sad and disheartening. Their response was we will credit u $100 u sent me a broken carriage where the cake eventually fell down, I think this is lack of customer service let alone customer retention. Their lack of empathy to send someone to fix this and bring another cake would have solved the issue. They plain and simple don't care about customer retention.
