“First time orderer here:Came here mid afternoon after doing some groceries. We ordered the items:Buy one get one 1/2lb fried mushrooms2 steak taco plate with mac and cheese as a side1/2lb shrimpAlso asked for cocktail sauce, red and green sauce, and bbq sauce.Price came up to be about 36 bucks. Will write right now that this is a hidden gem in Aurora, surrounded by more popular restaurants like Mcdonalds and Syrup. Food wasnt overcooked or undercooked. Tacos were just right, and perfectly packaged. Shrimp was delicious, along with the cocktail sauce. The fried mushrooms kept me skeptical, but upon trying them I immediately thought they were good, as well as the bbq sauce. Mac and cheese was generally okay as just any mac and cheese.Only complaint I have is that more sauces should have been provided (i don’t even think we got bbq) but overall, food was wonderful, and staff was very friendly! Also, driving in the surrounding area is a bit weird but not unsafe as long as you’re a competent driver. Will definitely be coming back here to ask for the chicken, and maybe burritos if they have them.“
“Burgers, burgers, and tacos! What else can a girl ask for? Real meat, duh! This place delivers. Food takes 1 or 2 minutes longer because Don Rafa, the owner, cooks it when the order is placed. It is not precooked and reheated like your most popular restaurants in Batavia and especially Geneva. I should know, I worked for them. People have become accustomed to fake frozen patties from fast food joints and have forgotten that great things, take some time. I much rather wait an extra minute for real meat than pay for microwaved fake meat.*** I have an msg allergy. No MSG being used on my tacos. That means the meat is naturally of great quality without using meat tenderizer like the other taco joints in Batavia.Tacos are a great size and the burritos are ?!!Try the breakfast burritos. Best breakfast in town.Although I do wish for the place to get remodeled.Must try. I prefer to go orders here:)Vegetarian options: This place is family owned. Rafa will make special requests with enough given time.“
“Great food, great drinks and best of all great service. I enjoyed my huckleberry ipa along with our brussel sprout appetizer and the pot roast sandwich. Maria provided us with a great experience, even on a packed Saturday evening. We enjoy the TV dinners as well, and grabbed a few of those to go. We will definitely be back! We qlso appreciate the additional support from the bar staff - Claire and Desi. Looking forward to our next visit!“
“The place has been open a few years now. It is by far the one of the cleanest and we'll organized Filipino Asian grocery store I have visited. At the very back, they have a hot food counter where you can buy whatever hot food they have available on that day. The pansit and egg rolls seem to be popular. There are tables up front to eat on if you like. The service is good and attentive. But sometimes there's no one up front when you're ready to check out. Most of what I needed were available at good prices. The owner was helpful and friendly. I would visit again. Check it out.“
