I brought my kids in tonight, and the young man behind the counter was handling a long line entirely by himself. He did a fantastic job! He kept the pace going and was polite even though I’m sure he was stressed.

The young boy that works is never at the register when I come, always in the bathroom for long periods of time. Doesn’t have a pleasant attitude, also had a issue with my order once before the cream ice was very watery and I went back to let him know and he told me he couldn’t do anything even though it was very unacceptable to give someone ice cream that way. I suggest the owner get more professional workers before this location goes in the whole because that’s the verge that’s it going.

I love Dairy Queen, but this one was really disappointing. I got a blizzard and it had almost new stuff in it. We walked in the door and we weren't greeted. They weren't busy and they didn't make our items right. Next time will keep going to the next Dairy Queen on the map.

Ice cream is not that good and way too expensive for the small portions they give you. The lady who's was taking the order didn't want to be there , no welcome , no smile, no thank you come again. Not the least friendly to us ( 3 grandson) or to the other 6 people who also ordered.That's why I will not be back. I'm sticking to Deri Delight awesome portions and friendly people.
Poor service. Paid $5.39 for a small vanilla cone… which is listed as 2.39 on the app…. Girl working seemed very done with the day, however not a good excuse to be impatient with customers. Her demeanor was very rude. Right as we received our ice cream and started walking out we were told we had to leave, although we were already walking out… Just a bad experience at this location, very dissatisfied with customer service. Will not be returning to this location.

A very quiet DQ, probably my favorite to visit since the one near me (Ogden) has bad customer service and is very incapable of making their one main item-- icecream. This place is struggling, with very few employees, and I hate to see it! The lady there is nice, I've never had an issue with my order being wrong, underfilled, etc. I hope her business does better soon.
