I regularly order in this place but on 13 Mar ordered for normal crust but it was garlic stuffed and there were hardly very few pieces of chicken , I reached location before it became ready and picked up as soon as it was marked as ready , was waiting in the parking as the weather was so good… associate did not gave me the dip until I come back and ask… very poor service in the recent past … I suspect my 13 Mar order was prepared for someone

I regularly order from this location. March 8th we placed order for Pizza in the evening. Even though they were short staffed and were super backed up, they still managed to communicate with utmost patience when they were asked about the status of the pizza being ready. Pizza was yummy as always. I appreciate the staff of this location and will continue to use this place.

Have ordered delivery 2x from this location, December 2023 and January 2024. First time took an hour twenty-five minutes to get food, second time I gave up waiting after 1.5 hours and not being able to get human to answer the phone. I could see from the tracker my food was sitting, ready for delivery, for 30 minutes...of course it would be cold by that point. I ended up driving to the restaurant to pick the food up myself.

I Have ordered for delivery- Pizza and Pasta at 5:49pm. I called them multiple times to check the order status because its around 7pm. They mentioned the driver is out and it will be with you in 10mins. I called them again at 7:15pm, they mentioned pasta is out so we are cancelling your order. I had to wait for 90mins to hear pasta is out. Worst experience with this store and never going toorder again. The guy who spoke on the phone from the store was so rude.

WOSRT CUSTOMER SERVICE - **RUDE**Order pasta bread bowl - Came uncooked. Called the store to report the issue and the store manager was so rude. He literally hung up twice without acknowledging the issue.

I ordered 2 medium pizza for delivery at 11:54 pm then they canceled my order at 12:54 am this not the way to do buisness they better return my refund and I will report this to corporate office if they can't deliver they should of call I was trying to call they kept hanging
