This location always seems to disappoint. I have given the benefit of the doubt up to this point but a few days ago was the nail in the coffin. I'm not usually one to complain. The past few visits have been disappointing. Last time before a few days ago I had walked in after placing an online order pick up and waited for 10+ minutes in the store front while multiple workers were behind the counter, cashier was assisting another person who couldn't make up their mind on what to order. Fine cool. After 10+ minutes a guy finally strolls out and says "did you need help" after that I finally got my order. A few days ago I decided to try again. Order online placed and showed up to the store to get it. Walked in and saw one guy behind the counter and after 2 minutes or so he finally acknowledged me and said "hey man" I told him I was there to get the order and had left. Got home and realized that the pizza was not what I ordered. I paid extra for the toppings I wanted which included extra sauce and cheese-- both of those things were barely present. I decided to just deal with it and took a few bites out of a slice. The dough tasted grainy and weird that mixed with barely having any sauce and cheese I just threw the thing away. Ended up getting a stuffed cheese bread and opened that up. The bread was not folded correctly making the top part hang over the bottom part way too much causing the insides to become burnt and ooze all over the inside of the box. Again, thought whatever it was better than the pizza. Ate about half and took the rest to work for lunch. Took a part of the bread and ripped in in half and noticed a string looking thing in the bread. I thought maybe it was cold cheese but NO IT WAS A HAIR. A whole f**king hair. Ended up vomiting and throwing everything away. Needless to say BUYER BEWARE. Will not be returning to this location and would STRONGLY suggest to visit a different location. The drive to Oswego is worth the extra time to get better service and WAY better quality food.

Always a fan of their simple buy tasty variety.Delivery is iffy and sporadic. Our last order was delivered an hour late and we weren't even called or texted to be informed of it.Had to call and then was told it was in the making... and waited another 30 !

I Ordered a Pepperoni Pizza and Hot Wings. Pizza had a weird smell and tasted kind of sour so idk if maybe the cheese was bad? Either way it was a disappointment. The wings were simply awful. The place looked very dirty and people dont wear gloves. Saw plenty of food sanitation and safety violations.
