12/28/23 in the early morning 2 women making us wait, they were talking to a boy inside and I was waiting outside for my order, until the boy left they served us, bad service, better management is needed, and when they finally gave us the order it didn't have the taste to what I had asked for, on other occasions there are other women and they serve very well, do something quickly to improve. Thank you

I always order latte with almond milk are various Dunkin locations. They really messed it so badly. First it has no lime 0 sweetness to the latte and then they made it extremely sweet. I agree with the other reviews specifically for this location. They are super lazy and they don’t even admit that mistake. There has to be a certain ratio of Almond milk to coffee to bring out that little sweetness which every other dunkin can make except this one. Very bad

Just leaving town with a 12 hour drive ahead of me. Ordered a double sausage, egg and cheese croissant with an XL coffee in the mobile app for just over $8. Pulled to the window and asked to have a tall cup of water too. Was told the manager requires them to charge $1. No thanks. And no napkins in the bag. How cheap!

These people are so sorry. Every single time I’ve came here they’ve gotten my order so wrong and it seems like it’s out of pure laziness. They just filled my coffee with sugar after I asked for caramel and crème. Then lord and said it’s caramel as if I don’t know the difference. Have me 5 hash browns in my order and they were burnt. I’m never going back here
