The service is very bad, they don't serve the people well, they don't give you the order properly, only the person who serves at the front gives you a bad face, they do a very bad service, that's why I give them zero star, bad service.

There is a short Latina woman. She is very pedantic and gives a very bad neck. Many of my friends have made many appointments to this service. I have a friend in inspection. you will have to go see them

We have live in the townhouse is right next to this Dunkin doughnuts for 7 years, and every time we go there for ice cream, which is about once a week at different times of the day ranging from three in the afternoon to near closing time. They always “don’t have hot fudge”. This has been going on for over a year, they try to offer you chocolate syrup at the same price. They can never give any real explanation why they won’t sell hot fudge when you ask. My running theory is the machine is hard to clean at closing and they don’t feel like doing it. Though it feels kind of petty, I did ask for the manager the last time but I guess the manager leaves at noon. We decided to start going to Dairy Queen. I’m going to keep leaving this message until this issue stops. Also, I should say that the morning crew is fantastic at this location. It really seems to be everyone who’s there after 3 PM is the issue. I’m gonna start getting peoples names too.

this is my favorite location - and the one that got me hooked onto DD. I've always been met with kindness and my drinks taste perfect - drive thru is fast. I honestly just want the staff to be recognized for all they do.

3 workers, one other customer for a minute or so, zero acknowledgment when walking in today. I had to flag someone down to ask for service. Today I took my son in for ice cream. ONE pathetic kids scoop is 3.79. Then they charged an additional $.99 for a basic cone. That is absolutely ridiculous to charge for a simple cone—what the heck else are we supposed to do with the scoop, eat it from our hands?! Shouldn’t the basic cone/cup be included in the price? I understand the additional charge for the dipped/sprinkle cone but come on. My recent drive through orders have also be incorrect on several occasion also.

I got the chickens roasted peppers wrap. As I continued to eat it the closer I got to the center of the wrap cold as if they barely heated it up.

The sign on your door says you open at 4am, Google says 5am. I'm just curious why at 5:30am you're still closed. The lady behind the counter setting up is completely ignoring the fact that I am standing out here.... it is going on 6am and no acknowledgment. Honestly rather drive 30 minutes away than come here.

I went for the first time there and ordered an ice cream for $7. The following week went to get the same exact ice cream with the same toppings and everything but the lady there raised the price one more dollar. When I asked her why is the ice cream more expensive this time? She answby saying that I wanted hot fudge although I also ordered hot fudge. I didn’t want to make an issue over a dollar but there is definitely some management issues over there.

Very clean, hot coffee, delicious wraps that are not overpriced, fast service & they give you a nice big scoop of ice cream for kids. It's nice to see a smiling face at this Dunkin location & good friendly staff like Kirthi & Abhi.Kid-friendliness: Very kind to the kids giving them a good size scoop.of ice cream.

This place is a joke now. Has clearly switched management multiple times. Drive 5 minutes in any direction to the nearest Dunkin and you will get a better experience. Slow, always out of stock with very normal items, while the other stores still have these items available. Coffee quality is garbage. This place is less than a mile away and I choose to go to the one on 95th Street because they actually know how to operate.

I'm not sure why this has to be complicated but it was. Dunkin Donuts is coffee and donuts, right? Maybe a breakfast sandwich? An order of a breakfast sandwich resulted in a wait that was absurdly too long. To top it off, why were the donuts on a rack not behind the counter? I'm sure that's not how it's supposed to be. If I said the wait was 15 to 20 minutes for my breakfast sandwich that would be about right. A half dozen other people were waiting as well and there seemed to be an adequate amount of employees, and a really long line at the drive through. It seemed as if the drive through line took precedent over those inside. I think that all of the drive through line took precedent over those inside. Not once did anyone even say it shouldn't be much longer or thank those waiting for being patient. With many other options for breakfast nearby I won't be returning. Dunkin Donuts isn't new and they should have this coffee and donuts and maybe a breakfast sandwich down.
